A while back, I had items left in my return vehicle only to get back to this store and find out they were gone. They were all church equipment. The most expensive items, like an iPad and a few others. The attendant claimed they didn't have them. The customer service number for Avis was unreachable. When you do reach someone, the call would often drop. It was very disappointing, to say the least.

Last night we meet Shawna Myers at Avis renal cars we are planning a trip my husband is disabled and so we have some special needs for cars . Shawna was sweet and professional.she went above and beyond to help us get what we needed. The world needs more people like Shawna. Thank you Shawna for being amazing

Reserved a car at a rate of $92 per day. Was charged $180 per day. Tried to talk to onsite employees about it. The checkin guy was extremely rude and sent me to the rental booth where she just couldn't care less. My company and I will never rent from Avis again. It's always something. That's not even to mention the car has both rear tires going flat and it was due for an oil change when i picked it up.

I am a travel agent and was looking for a car for a client. This place had me on hold for 15 minutes the first time, only to hang up on me. Then, the second time was just as bad. They say " Avis on ....., please hold" and just send you to a que. I understand being busy, but I also know it doesnt take thirty minutes to get a client at the counter taken care of. Just moved on to Hertz.

This location was so slow the parking lot was completely overcrowded with vehicles ill drive to BA for better service.

The wonderful ladies at Avis helped us secure a rental for our vacation after Travelocity and Thrifty at the Tulsa Airport refused to help us. I will NEVER use either of those again. Thank you for ur help! I will recommend to other for sure!

10/10 DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!! Absolutely horrible rental company, tried to charge over $400 to drive a car for 6 hours. Would also not take a BANK DEBIT CARD, because it wasn’t a “credit” card. Extremely ridiculous, also tried to throw more charges on there when I went to pick it up. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Great experience and very quick as far as picking up car. Can’t remember the ladies name but she was very nice and professional. Wish I could remember her name but I do remember she had 6 children because I enjoyed having a conversation with her about kids. Will definitely continue to use Avis when necessary!
