We couldn't get in the door. We've never been to this location. My husband was told to take his hat off before we could go in, she could see his face clearly. We're standing talking to the front desk lady. We look at the door. A lady comes to the door with her head fully covered, not just the top of her head her whole head. The lady was let in without removing her head cover. We was told due to religion. Religion or not rules is rules. No head cover to walk in door. Then can put cover back on. No big deal. Needless to say, he closed his account. If it's for one it should be for all.

By far the worst location in Tulsa to deal with. I’ve been a BancFirst customer for over a decade and I’ve had it. I’ve had so many issues from interactions inside with employees to tellers in the drive thru. Today they refused to give me $100 dollar bills for a small transaction because they did not have any, and issued all $20’s. What bank does not have $100 bills. You would think they would work on their customer service skills from time-to-time, but no. I’ve used other banks in the area and with their service, they’ll be getting my business.

Not this specific location but BancFirst in general is tied for the worse bank I've ever dealt with. Their processes are antiquated by 2015 standards much less 2025, they refuse to remove pending charges for weeks after the original hold has been removed, they tell you you can't close your account without sending them a notarized letter even after they have confirmed you are who you are enough to make other account changes, etc. Do NOT bank with them unless you want to be screwed and treated like they are doing you a favor by you given them your money. There are much better options for banking in Oklahoma in 2025. 0 out of 10, do not recommend.

4 years ago I couldn't enter without a mask. Now you cannot enter with a mere baseball cap on. I'm tired of them in their ivory tower telling me, the customer, how to dress so that I can get the privilege to give them money... and then the attitude that I am just supposed to jump at their commands. Just unconscionable egos. Consider by business accounts closed.

Had an interview here today and the interview was very rude and wasted over an hour of my time before denying to move me forward in the hiring process due to arbitrary results of a random aptitude test that I could’ve taken at home. Worst interview experience I’ve ever seen in my personal career. Extremely unprofessional and rude to waste an applicants time like that.

Had the worst experience ever I have banked here for 7 years and never had a problem until today! Halley made me late to working taking 20 minutes to make a checking deposit! Was so rude I had to push the call button to see what the problem was! Wish the usual girl or Miranda was working they are both amazing and this would've never happened!

Went to go make a deposit for the company I work for .They would open the door because I was wearing a baseball cap ...This smell like racial profiling to me in 60 years I've seen this before ....... Then asking me for my personal I.D and my social security # on an account that I have absolutely nothing to do with staff is very nasty and rude I would never do business with a bank like this...and they're racist at this branch

Ive been at this bank for 2 yrs and havent had good luck . Ive had suspicious activity on my card 3 times and never got a notification. money has been randomly charged to my account without authorization of any kind. And customer service is pathetic
