Marisella went above and beyond to try to help me pay for a new phone when BancFirst kept flagging my transaction as fraudulent. I am VERY disappointed in BancFirst's customer service department. They kept trying to contact me via my ruined phone that I was replacing and was unwilling to use another form of contact. I was really up a creek until Marisella got involved by taking 2 minutes to understand the situation and then responded accordingly. Thank you so much for your willingness to help! BancFirst... employ more people like her. This is strike 2 with ya'll as a company.

It's not that I've never had problems with BancFirst, in fact I opened my account because it was convenient geographically, living in coweta. That's one of the benefits of BancFirst. Locations that serve the underserved.I hear others when they speak of customer service, I get it. How long ago was it that the stunning customer service to which you are comparing BancFirst occurred? Simple question.The world has changed.Staffing problems, yes sometimes we get people who, after customer after customer after customer who decides to choose that same angst that so many of us are experiencing and misdirect it toward a bank teller who literally has five transactions lined up.Ever been to a pharmacy that only had one person working? Will I tip that person $20.What is wrong with you people?? Have an ounce of compassion.Yes, human beings on the other side of the glass are also allowed to get testy when your payroll check which isn't a payroll check no matter that your boss wrote it to you, it's a personal check so get over it and give them time to explain. Let me just say we're all looking for a fight these days. We show up to the bank angry, half of us judging by the comments, and maybe we should just show up there take a deep breath and say hey, these people are here to help me, they work with me, not for me.On a business level, BancFirst is offering the same interest rates, although they could bump up their high interest savings rate, as any other bank, local or regional, in Oklahoma. You want a bank with Bank of America?? You go ahead and do that.I think you'll find that not only were half of your problems are your own problems and that living and transacting in this world has to be a partnership for which we take our part of the responsibility, and you will beg for those times when you were waiting next to Roy's chicken in coweta because you chose to show up at 5:00 on a Friday and expected immediate customer service but realize hey, we both got places to be. The humans on both sides of the glass.I gave BancFirst five stars because it's almost like a vote of confidence. There's no reason for me to switch right now unless I am looking to divest or invest and I'm not real confident that solid investment vehicles with high yield are available through the people at BancFirst. That's not the reason they exist.Will I invest in a 90-day CD to get a little bit of return on what little money I have at 5.5%? Why yes, I'm actually going to do that today. Hey BancFirst, hang in there. Everyone will eventually come around. Apologize for any edits. Speech to text.

2nd time this week they have kept my debit card after making a deposit, that I might add had already taken 15 minutes to make a small deposit! When I asked them to send my card the tellers all laughed like they didn't already waste enough of my time they also acted very unprofessional! Very rude if you ask me

I have been banking with BancFirst for 4 years and they absolutely take great care of my banking needs the location at 41- Yale the ladies are awesome, from getting birthday cards to getting thank you letters just for coming . Is great customer service, during such a tough time in life

this is the absolute worst place to Bank in Tulsa on the weekend. I spent 10 minutes in the drive-thru before ever being tended to. Finally was oh, so sorry for your long wait. I said, ok I want to make a deposit. It was another full 10 minutes before I finally had to ask, excuse me! Is it going to be much longer, I'm really in a hurry. After a couple of minutes the woman .. finally responded, Yes, I'm working on yours now. 2-3 minutes passed yet again before I finally, asked, excuse me! Who is your Supervisor? After another minute or so I was finally given a name. But still could not get my driver license back so I could go. Finally, I started demanding what the teller's name was. I tried for another minute or two to get the teller's name but she never would provide me with her name. And finally 2-3 more minutes, my driver license finally was returned. By then I was absolutely livid. I will be contacting the FTC.

Banking here will feel like time traveling. Their mobile app is horrendous and looks like it was built on a Windows 95 computer. Ridiculous fees and staff that refuses to help loyal customers. I finally switched to Chase and thank God I did.
