After today's experience of waiting past my scheduled appointment, I have considered changing banks, as Bank of America truly does not care anymore. They're the second biggest banks, monopolizing, and only cares about growth. I've been a member for over six years. Enough is enough.I will immediately switch to Bank of America's competitor Bank of Oklahoma, and advise locals to do the same. Regarding which one serves, it's people better. Just compare the reviews, and you'll see how each bank treats its people. This isn't it.

went in yesterday the 13 th of October for a scheduled appointment about my atm card the agent I was to meet was busy and asked an associate to take care of me her name is kendall very helpful and solved my problem .Bank of America is a great place to bank with no matter who you are big account or small you get served the same .very friendly curtiouse staff.i recommend Bank of America to all .

Would give higher rating but today I walked in to find out why I haven't received my atm card I opened the account in July almost 2 months well bear in mind this location is open for full service but I was told to go online for assistance ok I tried online referred me to an 800 number I called that number and after 15 minutes finally got a live person I explained my problem to no surprise the bank employee who ordered my card got the address wrong .than I discovered someone changed my mailing addressAll this on top of the problem with direct deposit leads me to believe these people are incompetent .Monday I'm closing my account and going elsewhere .

I had a Sunday problem with onine banking (User/PW) and could not get through the online reset nor the phone center, being a sunday. I messaged online and said I would get in to the in person bank help to resolve this. I was real concerned about my account security. I wen to the 71st and Lewis bank just after opening time the staff and manager immediately responded to resolve my access and process concerns. The manager immediately took charge to get me corrected on my login and even the recovery process to steer me back to confidence in the process. What a great team here! I really appreciate that whole team there at Bank of America!!
