My sister when there to open an business account and a personal account and the lady that was helping her we forgot to ask what her name was but she was being so rude to my sister, i was on the phone with her and i told her that my sister wants to open a business and a person account, and my sister want to know if she can do both today or does she have to make another appointment? But she acted like she don't know what we were talking about ? and say oh you need a translator i told her that I'm her sister and i can translate for her but she just ignore me and call someone on the phone to translate for my sister so i was like wow ok find. But they needed for her to bring back some documents about her residence something with her name and address on it. So i when with her with the documents,that lady saw my sister and already calling the translator on the phone already so we when in and i told her that i will translate so we don't need the translator but she say no we talking about Financial here and i want someone that can explain what i say, so i was like oh wow ok fine it not my first time translate i been translate for clinic and hospitals before but ok. And than she look at the recipe that was for the rental and it has my sister name and address and the landlord signature on it but they still refuse it they wanted her to bring in the lease letter so me and my sister got mad so i say forget it we will go to a different bank and just left. We did when to a different bank and got everything done with both business and personal account on that same day.Hire someone that is willing to do there job and help customers.

The counter agent today was beyond rude and disrespectful. I called to complain after I left and of course no one answered. I went in to simply get a cashier check at the counter. She had my ID in hand and my debit card and because I wasn’t sure which phone number was on the account she starting rudely questioning if this was really MY account while looking at my ID! Then she started questioning me about whether I know how to use online banking which had nothing to do with my transaction. Again, she questioned me “are you sure this is your account”? Like seriously! You’re literally looking at my ID! The entire time, she was so rude and dismissive. I really wanted to speak to a manager which I will do on Monday.

Terrible. Drive through closed. Just like every other BOA it seems like. Time to close all my accounts.

The folks at this branch are some of the best. I will always be a BOA customer. I had an issue that I needed some help with and the lady that helped was so helpful and nice, I can't say enough about the customer service here, they are awesome.

I had high hopes based on their initial greeting and helpfulness. However, prior comments proved to be true regarding the lack of professionalism and interest in putting the customer first. Premier customer or not, they lack the training and critical thinking to navigate complicated financial processes. The most frustrating is the lack of respect for the time of others and managing their own time and resources to effectively complete financial transaction. It is hard to change banks, but sometimes it’s necessary so you can trust that those who hold your most valuable assets have the skills to also hold your trust. Those at this branch sadly do not and it reflects poorly on the institution as a whole.

I've only had one decent experience at this location and it was ~2 years ago. This time, I waited 15 minutes for someone to notice me, only to be told to make an appointment tomorrow, to see a notary.

Completely blown away by the disrespect we received from Michelle during our visit. We set an appointment at 2 PM to set up a a savings account. We waited for 15 minutes before being helped. Michelle finally walked out with f the break room and in the most disrespectful tone asked us if we’d been helped and who was first. We told her that we have an appointment at 2 and she acted out out because she was on lunch. She rudely asked us to go to her office and stormed away as if we were inconveniencing her by our presence.. After that core interaction, I felt uncomfortable sitting across from her to setup our account so we decided to walk out. This was the most horrible customer service experience I’ve had. I’ve never been made to feel so unwelcome and uncomfortable. After this experience, I insist upon an apology from Bank of America for how poorly we were treated.

I stopped in at this location to cash a check I received from a customer of mine today and they informed me it would cost 30% of the check to cash it as I'm not a member of their bank the cashier was abhorrent. I will no longer be accepting checks for bank of America.

Location didn't have doors unlocked at open. Had to call to get let in. Then told to go to business line and when the person being helped finished was told I had to wait since there was only one cashier due to them being next in line even though I was the only person in line for 5 minutes before the other couple showed up. Terrible customer service and operations.

Mary Gonzalez was ever so helpful to me. She was thorough and answered all of my questions, she was very patient and I so appreciate her fantastic customer service! Also Adriana was friendly and very helpful to explain the details of my transaction. Nuriam Estrada took the time to help me to understand foreign money. The customer service was top notch!

What great customer service at this Bank of America! Mary Gonzalez was patient, answered all of my questions, was friendly and very knowledgeable. I really appreciate her so much. Also Nuriam Estrada was helpful as well and aided me with my transaction in a professional and kind manner. Adriana explain to me in detail how foreign currency works of which I knew nothing. These women are exceptional at customer service.

This place has horrible customer service. I deposited a treasury check at the local branch,which I have many times before.The teller explains to me that the funds will be available next day, didnt ask but thinks for the info.I check my account the next morning to see that a 10 day hold was placed on my money.I immediately contacted the corporate office and explained to them the situation. They wanted to help but said that I would need to go back into the local branch and ask them to make some funds available. So I did and that was a complete waste of my time. They weren't interested in helping me what so ever and actually told me "my money didnt exist" I asked her to explain what that ment and was met with condescending behavior, well sir when you deposit money it can take time has this never happened to you with a sarcastic smile on her face. And the kicker is, this was the same teller who told me the day before the funds would be available next day.So the jist is I'm neither rich nor poor but do need this money alot sooner than 10 days from now. and they would do nothing to help or even show a little compassion.

I've been a happy bank of America customer for years.everyone is always very helpful and friendly.iwill continue to use bank of America as long as they will have me keep up the great customer service guys.some people need to realize your not the only customer they have.....
