Security guard screamed at my wife for taking pictures outside of the building! I want a supervisor to correct this issue with the very disrespectful security guard. Working Wednesday night.

Disgusting security guard on September 26th 2022, talks to people like a prison guard. I’m sure George Kaiser would be appalled! I was with a group of 5 ladies, taking senior photos. It was difficult to hear the guard, who was barking instructions at us regarding the building. When I touched the building with the palm of my hand, he screamed at me ‘what’s wrong with your ears!!’ and would not quit screaming at us. I’m a 53 year old woman, in no way meaning to disrespect a property. Obviously this person frequents with the worst people and does not know the difference. Not a good look for the bank. I will gladly take down this review if this situation gets given attention.

This slimeball bank is doing everything possible to not pay out my 401k, I'm beyond out of patience, & this is going to turn into a very large can of worms for them if they don't turn over my money immediately.

Ashlyn was very sweet and personable, and also very professional. She immediately helped me open a checking account and sent me to Katie where I was able to get a Bank of Oklahoma Visa Debit Card made immediately that same day, and my funds were available the next day. Amazing service at this bank! I previously had called three other banks that same day requesting help and got nothing but the run around and excuses as to why they could not help me! But not when I called Bank of Oklahoma, they immediately went out of their way to help me and I really appreciate them! Thank You Bank of Oklahoma, you have my 5 Star rating and I highly recommend you to anyone looking for a very good bank!

The woman who was at the front desk when she saw me coming in decided to go to the back and stay there for a few minutes knowing I was waiting, another lady who is new and training came to me asking if I had been help to what I answered no. She apologized and called the woman who was in the back. When she came out she had this arrogant attitude, when I explained that I need it a check from my bank account she wanted to charge me, (the first time I need a check, is not like I come every day for a check) when I asked for my bank statement she wanted to charge me for it. This is crazy you should be happy I keep my money in your care! It's to bad the only bank close to my work is this one, I don't know why customer service is so terrible. I wanted to get my money out of my bank and switch banks, but not all staff at the banks of Oklahoma are bad. To bad this one is terrible at customer service.
