I come here sometimes for candles and place is very nice and one of the gentlemen, the staff was spot on when I couldn't remember a specific name of a candle, and found it for me. Place has tons of candle options, some soaps and more.

Disappointed in Woodland Hills mall Bath and Body. Lower level east seemed to have no employees who knew anything about sale items. None asked if I needed help or conveyed which items on sale. Signs were incorrect by indicating “this fixture” featured sales items. Many of those items weren’t part of the sale as I found out when checking out. I spent more time at the register having to ask to have items removed because they “supposedly” were not part of the sale. I will not shop this store again. Educate your employees and update your sale signs and only place items that are on sale with those signs.

They won't let you use multiple coupons like they have before. This will probably deter me from purchasing as much as I usually do. I have the app and had coupons for $10 off of $40 & $2.99 soaps & wallflower refills. They would only let me use one or the other. Disappointing but helps me go there less!

The staff were so friendly and attentive. The greeter always made sure I was alright and found what I was looking for. After grabbing a lot of their plug-in fresheners, the greeter wanted to give me a basket and still made sure I was alright. I came in for a candle and left with several other products than I intended on purchasing!

Placed an order online using a coupon code orspecial deal. 4 days later they canceled my order. I called and they said they had run out. If I could come in they'd make it right but I was out of town. They didn't have anything else to say.
