What a great experience. Came in, needed a car battery for my VW Atlas. They helped install it and recycled my old battery. Highly recommend.

Went to the store so they can check out a fuse, didn’t want to assist but to tell me to get a shop smh bad service of employees that works the Friday shifts.. I do not recommend this place. Even when o was told not to go there anyways

Worst return policy ever can’t return a battery that’s less than six months old without receipt because they can’t find me in there system even though you can look up the battery and see that it’s less than six months old …. Don’t use any batteries plus stores they’re all the same. Just a waste of time and money

I ordered 2 batts from the online site, went to pick them up at 41st store Tulsa OK, and the Manager was able to credit my discount and loaded the batts in the car for me ,very nice thx again

It’s been almost a year but they ruined my back to my watch, it won’t come off anymore.. point blank period!!! My fossil watch I have a warranty on the battery, I think they got tired of me coming in to replace for free…smh. Facts I always came to them for replacement battery.. check history.. now battery cannot be replaced…I’m just now saying something cause my daughter said I should have posted.., better late than never

I had a rechargeable 20V battery for our lawn mower that just stopped accepting a charge 😕
I took it to 3 other places to either get it recharged, repaired , or recycled. NOT ONE of those places would accept it...big sigh.
Batteries Plus was recommended as a POSSIBLE answer to my delimma as I didn't want to just dump it in the trash.
As soon as I walked into their store, I was greeted and the clerk was very kind towards me with his answers.
Not only that, but he ran a short diagnostic on the dead battery & told me what was going on with it (there really was no fixing it)...so, I opted for the store to take it & recyle or dispose of it.
It was SUCH a relief to hand over that big ol' dead battery to them!
I want to thank them for their patience in dealing with my lack of knowledge & understanding...& for taking the battery.
They are 👍👍in my book!

I have never had such a nice experience as I just had at batteries plus! The guys at This store are so helpful and so nice and very, very knowledgeable. They fixed every problem I had with my batteries and with my car fob and I will go back to them anytime I need anything!

Got my cracked phone screen replaced, now it has ghost touches at seemingly random, even while the phone is in my pocket. But at least it is semi-usable, which is an upgrade from how it was.

Said item was in stock in store on website. Drive all the way to the store and it’s not in stock..the the worker tells me the battery I wanted wasn’t good anyways and usually gets returned. But batteries plus keeps selling it.
