We just had new carpet installed through out our entire home this week. Gary at Bert Henry Carpet and Tile went above and beyond. From helping us choose a quality carpet and pad for a high traffic family to even helping us find tile for our bathroom project. The installers were professional, courteous, on-time and even made sure our carpet was ok after we had a rain storm that caused a roof leak, do to an ongoing patio cover project. They even reinstalled the carpet that we had to pull back up so that it wouldn't continue to leak on the new carpet. I can not express to Gary, his team, and Bert Henry family how much we appreciate all their work and help in finding us the perfect carpet for our home.

After having a tough time trying to navigate choosing flooring for a cross country move with another flooring store in town we were lucky to find Bert Henry. From the moment I spoke with Ryan on the phone, I knew we were going to have a great experience. They reassured us that we could navigate everything from a far and did an excellent job coordinating flooring choice, the install, etc. all completely virtually. Most importantly, our new wood floors look amazing. Couldn’t recommend them more. Any future flooring needs we have will 100% go through Bert Henry.

We used Bert Henry for a remodel project we were doing at Grace Baptist Church in Sperry, OK. They did a great job from start to finish. They went above and beyond in giving us carpet selections and working with us to make everything detail we wanted come to life. Gary is a great rep to work with, I highly recommend him.

Bert Henry Carpet and Tile did a wonderful job of installing our carpet today (full house). They not only were professional and courteous, they finished the project in one day when we were expecting two days. Would definitely recommend them if you’re in the Tulsa area. Gary and the team are excellent to work with!

Great work but won’t provide an itemized invoice! SHADY BUSINESS!Rosten homes was contacted before hand but couldn’t supply an itemized invoice(time, labor, materials). Something sketchy is going on when you won’t supply anything but a bill with nothing but the amount on it!
