I had an appointment scheduled online for 3:20 PM. I arrived on time and stood at the counter for 20 minutes without being acknowledged or assisted. There was no staff present at the counter during that entire time.
When a representative finally arrived, instead of offering any form of apology or assistance, she rudely told me that I would need to reschedule my appointment. I explained that I had been waiting and that no one had been available to help me. Her response was dismissive—she simply said it wasn’t her issue and that I would have to reschedule anyway.
Frankly, I’m shocked by the lack of professionalism and accountability. The delay and lack of staff were entirely on Best Buy’s end, yet I, the customer, was made to suffer the inconvenience. Any other business would have made the effort to accommodate the appointment or at least offered a sincere apology and solution.
This experience was not only frustrating but completely unacceptable. I expected better service from a company of your reputation. As a result, I will not be returning to this location and will reconsider where I spend my money in the future.
Everyone that worked at the Geek Squad counter today should be fired

Friendly staff that's always knowledgeable and eager to be of service to get you what you need even if it's a model of a lesser quality or cost doesn't seem to matter to them as they'll meet your needs and give you comparisons so you choose what you want at a price you can afford.

Yesterday I came to the conclusion that my 10-year-old Samsung tablet was on its last leg. It no longer charges as it should and has started developing a shadow. My husband and I went to the BB in Tulsa on Skelly Drive and a young man named Daniel assisted me in choosing a new Samsung tablet. I'm sure he was simply doing his job, but he did it with a smile and laughter. He was able to transfer my info from my old to the new. What a pleasant person, as well as experience.
Also, because I was not able to get my email to come up, (supposedly because it's Hotmail and I cannot remember my password) and my husband and I fought with Microsoft for THREE HOURS to get that cleared up. No success. Back to BB, this time in Tulsa Hills, and a lovely lady named Delma helped us realize that we tried so many times that we were now blocked. (I got the impression we're going to remain so for the foreseeable future) SOOOO AGGRAVATING! Instead she assisted to make up a new email address with a password we should be able to remember.
My personal opinion is that these two individuals are keepers, and I hope they get rewarded in some way. Not every business is as fortunate to have such personable employees. And not every customer gets the opportunity of being assisted by such.

Buying products on location is like any other store. You go in and buy what you want. When the product fails and you have to call the store the number is linked to a call center to people who barely speak English. They put me on eternal hold. I have spent a lot of money at Best Buy. However, they are now on my no buy list. I'm done with Best Buy! And the worst part is my product issue is not resolved! I would rather buy another replacement product then to do business with Best Buy. They do not care about service. I had to talk to a call center, which took 45 minutes of waiting, just to get a service telephone of 1-800-433-5778.

It took the staff forever to decide to help me after I locked eyes with a bunch of them not really doing anything besides stocking but when they finally did they were helpful!

Went into Best Buy at Tulsa Hills yesterday and had the best experience. Alekae a employee was so helpful and knowledgeable. I purchased some Meta Ray-Bans and she made that process go by smoothly because of her great customer service
