This is the best location in Tulsa. They are always very helpful and professional. Jalen has helped me on several occasions, as well as my elderly mother. He is awesome! Thank you, Jalen, for always being kind, respectful, and professional.

Love this store just don't like being harassed by every employee every 2 min asking if you need help. If I need help I am capable of asking or getting some ones attention.

Seems you can't just walk through the store without 5 different employees asking if you need help with something. They say they are not on commission, but you definitely can't tell. Sometimes, people would like to be left to get what they came for. I will ask if I need help. Way too pushy... off-putting.. this is why I only shop at Best-Buy as a last resort.

This store has the best staff. Every time I go there I am greeted at the door, enthusiastically. As I walk around there's always some one ready to offer to help me if I need. It's definitely my favorite store.

This store should at the LEAST factory reset returned tablets if they're going to sell them as new. Bad form, bad customer service and how dare you sell a used tablet (as new) when its locked by the first buyers pin IN SPANISH. Especially when you know it is going to be a Christmas gift.
