“Tom’s in Tulsa gets 5 stars from me for my recent ebike rental of a Giant mountain bike. The equipment was in perfect shape and Tom’s friendly staff went above and beyond to meet my schedule.”
“A Phat Tire tech tuned up my bike as part of a fundraiser (at Cabin Boys Brewery) to benefit Bike Club Tulsa. No charge. Wow!I then stopped by the shop. It's a Trek dealer and the store's 100 years old.I want to commend Skyler for his customer service. He has a lot of experience, is a pleasure to interact with, and a total pro.”
“TL;DR: I’m a fat guy (“powerfully built” according to the T-Town guys ?) getting back into cycling after several years off the bike. They took great care of fitting my bike to me. Everybody there is friendly, knowledgeable, and committed to providing the best customer service.
Went in for a basic bike fit with my 13 year old TREK. Jason explained everything about the measurements he took, common fitment issues with TREKs of that era (long reach handlebars), what he saw in my original fit, and what he was doing to correct issues. When it became evident that I needed wider shorter bars and could benefit from a slight rise he hooked me up with a set of take-offs that fit the bill. In other words he sold me a discounted handlebar that suits my needs instead of pushing a more expensive set to maximize profit. 10/10 experience.”
