My actual shopping experience was decent enough. It was the follow through and customer service issues that made me give the 1 star review. The first review just gave was though their automated service, I did get a call regarding my review. I let Peter know how unhappy I was that I didn't get an itemized receipt before leaving, especially because they overcharged me. Let him know that things I asked to purchase were not on the receipt, that my table that I ordered was supposed to be here by 2/24 (I am writing this review 3/10). He assured me it would be there in the next day or two of speaking to him. Almost two weeks went by without a word. I have called Peter back 3 times and he has not returned my calls. I reveieved an email on March 8th from their distribution center saying they just received my order and they would be shipping it to Tulsa soon. So I'm assuming they just didn't put the order in at all or not correctly and then blamed "back orders". I did finally get a call today to set up delivery for sometime after the 13th. If they would have just communicated with me I wouldn't be so angry. But for a $249 delivery charge I would expect my items to be delivered in a timely manner.

Good selection, great value for the price! Best experience you will ever have in a furniture store. People are friendly, informative but don't stalk you as Bob says. Very professional delivery team, polite and respectful of your home. Would recommend Bob Mills to anyone needing furniture.

The guys that delivered the furniture were in and out of here like a mini tornado! Put it together, made sure it was straight and left, I bet they weren't here 10 minutes. Great experience with the movers and great experience in the store. D'Angelo in the store is the best!

My wife was home alone for the delivery, she said the crew were super respectuful and were obviously going out of their way to make sure she felt comfortable with two men coming into the house with her. Overall experience has been great.

Worst experience ever!! Delivery was two days late. Then ran into our entry gate. Now no one will take our calls. Said no interest for so many months first bill had interest on it. Total bad experience. Would never recommend them.

We purchased two leather recliners, two custom chesterfield couches and a diner set with buffet. Felt we got a good fair price and paid extra for the protection coverage. A few months in we had a very small dent that damaged the back of the buffet in one small section, for perspective this was not even affecting 1/4 of the shelf section and even less considering the overall size of the large furniture piece - we read the terms before we made a call - it was accidental denting damaged the veneer, and affecting just the tiniest portion. I was really surprised when the insurance person came back and said no, it would not be covered because it was "extensive damage "I tried to question her on this, and she became rather snippy and just kept repeating herself we asked for a supervisor, and were appalled by how rude the supervisor was, I explained to her what it was, and the portion size, and she still said no it was extensive damage and would not be covered. I asked her if she knew the definition of extensive, because this didn't even cover a quarter of that small divided section of the buffet, much less the overall size of the buffet, which is what they're supposed to take into consideration and she proceeded to shout over me while I was trying to plead my case. We did reach out to the local store and the store itself went around and around with the insurance person and finally told us they don't know why the insurance isn't covering this as they should, but that the store itself would honor it and send out a repair man, given how much we paid in furniture and how much the additional coverage per piece was I fear that we just wasted money on insurance coverage that is a scam, as friendly as the staff at the Bob Mills store is, and as much as I like what I purchased, I do not think I will be shopping at Bob Mills in the future unless they change who their insurance coverage is provided through

We have been looking for a dining room table and chairs for months. We found the perfect one at Bob Mills! They worked hard to get us the best deal. Everyone was very friendly and helpful without being intrusive. We had a great experience, and I can’t wait to use my new dining room set!

Greeted by Cassius at the door he informed us of specials going on and directed us to the area of the store we needed. Once we had questions he stepped up and answered everything. Will always do business with Bob Mills every single person was so friendly and not pushy.

10 Stars for our sales lady Lora in Tulsa!! She was awesome!!!! Didn’t hover over us like a bunch of hungry vulture like most of the sales people in that store do. Gave us time to shop around and answered all our questions. Lora was also great on returning phone calls.The delivery experience on the other hand was horrible!!Understand that Lora our sales person had nothing to do with the delivery experience.Delivery was suppose to be from 11:00-1:00. The delivery person called at 9:45 A.M. in the morning and said they were on their way to my home and was only 10 minutes away. I scheduled to be off work from 11:00 until 1:00 that day so that totally messed up everything with me at work. So they show up 1 hour and 15 minutes earlier than the time they were scheduled to be here. Plus the delivery guys had a little attitude that made the delivery.Was not worth the $100 they charged for the delivery charge!!

I was able to take my time. I never felt pressured to buy anything. I was in the store about 2 hours and my associate was great! He carried pillows around and a rug to help me picture what I was putting together in my mind. Very low key and relaxing. First time purchaser that will be returning.

We bought a complete bed with mattress from Bob Mills. It was delivered but there were NO BOLT HOLE COVERS. After six texts and emails, the Bob team said that the manufacturer didn't offer drilled hole covers. I was born at night but not last night. All blot/screw holes that were drilled in wood come with hole covers. It's not nice to fib a 72 year old who knows they lied. See pictures:

My husband and I just bought a beautiful rug and dining room table set here! The salesmen were so helpful and kind. They gave us an incredible deal, and we will definitely be returning for future furniture purchases!! They were also incredibly considerate and patient with our grandma as she picked out a new mattress. Can’t recommend them enough!

Our salesman was Frankie. He was very helpful. and we appreciate that was not pushing or trying to talk us into anything that we did not want, that goes a long way with us. We actually had several employees helping us getting all the information we needed or could need Concerning our new theater chairs , thank you again We can’t wait for delivery!! ready for some popcorn and a movie.

I was interested in a new Rocker Recliner during the Labor Day Sale. I was warmly greeted at the door and was quickly directed to the recliners and was able to test them out and find my comfort level without any sales pressure (much appreciated). When I made choice the young lady who greeted me was nearby. She answered a few questions and wrote up the sale. She set up 6 months "0" interest financing for me plus delivery. She provided OUTSTANDING service!!! I was in and out in 30 minutes !!!?
