This place has been awful the day after I bought a certified used truck for $30,000 it started having problems. They then took the truck for a week and sis nothing but yell me it was fine. Then after having more issues they have been ignoring me and my problems. Stuck with a truck that need at least $5000 in repair due to bad cam phasers and they won't respond and even try to fix. That's not to mention that it also cost me $600 already for a new battery that was bad from the beginning and also a tire had to be replaced because it had 3 new ones and one old 13 year old used tire on it... real safe!! Will never go there or recommend them to anyone. When asked if it has warranty the salesman said yeah if it breaks in two you get to keep both pieces. Guess he wasn't joking.

Rey was amazing during the whole process and made me feel more like a friend than a customer he was super helpful and already texted me before I even finished the online app! Everyone was so nice and helpful and they asked what I could do and made it happen would no doubt refer anyone and everyone to go to patriot! Great experience will never stop talking about!

I would absolutely recommend Patriot CDJR of Tulsa if you’re looking to purchase a vehicle! From start to finish, Patriot CDJR of Tulsa impressed me and made sure I was taken care of! The salesmen at this dealership are extremely reasonable people, putting the customers’ best interest first in every deal. My salesman was Logan, and he went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied and my needs were met. Logan was extremely professional, prompt, and communicative throughout the process. This was my first car-buying experience, and needless to say it went extremely smooth and quick, with minimal hassle and haggling along the way. Thank you, Logan and Patriot of Tulsa! I had to bring in twice due to engine light came on twice, but the car and service and the seller was very nice and courteous. I was able to wait both times while my vehicle was being fixed. Now the engine light is not coming on they fixed it! Great!

I can't say enough wonderful things about the two salesmen that helped my sister, Fawn, purchase a car. Brett and Ryan were gentlemen and so polite. For you ladies that might not be comfortable car shopping, I highly recommend these young men. They will put you at ease and make you feel like family.

I recently bought a used collector car from Patriot. There were a few minor things overlooked, honest accident on their part. I politely brought it to my sale reps attention (Logan). He got his boss involved, both called me back. I explained to them what happened. They took ownership for the error and paid for my expense to correct it. Basically car's records showed it went through service, but it did not. Like I said minor issue, oil was not changed, and a gasket was leaking, which were overlooked. My mechanic shot me a price for minor repair. Patriot covered my repair cost including oil change. Mistakes happen, this group professionally handled it. Great job guys!!!!

Just completed the purchase of my 4th RAM 1500 truck with Patriot CDJR of Tulsa and it was an awesome experience from start to finish! One of the smoothest and easiest vehicle purchases I've ever had! My salesman Logan was great to work with from from the first text message to the last handshake and everyone else in the dealership was great as well! GREAT to see such a large compliment of veterans working in the dealership as well (just as an aside). Would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone thinking about a new or used vehicle!

Ryan Ortiz was by far the best Salesman I have ever bought a car from. He treated us like family from the first “Hey guys”! He helped me find the perfect car and kept me within my budget too! I was so impressed with his expertise. And he followed up with me a lot to make sure I was happy, and just making sure I am taken care of 100%. I felt welcome when I went into the Patriot car lot. A salesman, Ryan Ortiz was very helpful and knowledgeable. I actually went in to drive a jeep truck which I did. A bit over my budget, so he showed me a Jeep-Compass-bright red. It drove so easily. Ryan made me feel comfortable and at ease. He answered all of my questions. And showed me all the features on the car. He is a great salesman who really cares about his customers.

Engine light came on and took it in for diagnostic. Replaced spark plugs. Light came back on after a week and they said I needed a new injector. Replaced injector and light came on a week later so returned to Bob Moore again. Paul the service advisor texted me that I needed a new head and head gasket. They quoted me 5800 and I declined the repair. When I picked up my van the written report stated there was coolant seepage into one cylinder. I've been quoted Head gasket replacement is around 3200 from reputable mechanics. Bob Moore is changing ownership so don't be fooled by the change of name. Their diagnosis and repair recommendations are not to be trusted.

Bought a car from them 4 days ago. Didn’t get to test drive or really see the car before it was put into their shop. I ended up driving several hours home. And then they didn’t call me or anything about delivering it and just showed up at 10pm. Couldn’t get anyone who knew any info on the car. 3 days later I find out there a huge glob of paint that was dumped in the trunk of the car they didn’t take care of in detailing. Side paneling on inside off all the doors is coming apart. Headlight is out on it. The car completely won’t start now and check engine light is on. I got stranded being 5 months pregnant with my 7 month old while I was on the phone with them asking for help and complaining about these issues. Got told I would get a call back from the manger. They left me just stranded with no help and no answers till I could just figure out a way home on my own 3hrs later and now it’s almost midnight. Thanks a lot. Now I won’t be able to get a hold of anyone again till Monday. If I can even get anyone from this car place to even answer and call me back. So far the service from this dealership has been neglectful and untrustworthy about the car they sold me.

I was able to speak with one of the top managers about a warranty I purchased on my current vehicle that made me upside down. He directed me in the steps of how to cancel it and now I can come trade in two cars with them to buy a better car!!!! Thanks patriot CDJR

Everything went great when I purchased my new Charger. Salesman, finance guy, and the sales manger. They really all worked hard to get me the best financing deal possible. The deal breaker for me was that part of my package included in-vehicle wifi. My kids love it when they are in their nana's car because they can play on their tablets and it keeps them occupied.(her car is equipped with wifi)However, I presently Still DO NOT HAVE WIFI! I have called multiple times in the beginning to get nowhere. Standard answer was, details are still being worked out between Mopar and AT&T. Now that almost an entire year has passed and still nothing. Like I said this was the deal breaker for me to purchase this car. I would like to know if there is ever gonna be any wifi available and if so, when? If not, then I sure do think a sizeable amount should be taken off the price. Sincerely, frustrated and ticked off.
