I am from out of town. I was looking for results due to my situation. The young ladies there are fabulous! The customer service there was awesome! I was expecting rudeness! Quite the opposite! Was greeted with smiles and kindness! I went to several other boost stores. Didn't like the very long wait nor was their energy good! Walked in this store! Totally different energy! Also it wasn't a very long wait! They got me in and out! I updated a phone and added a line! They were very professional as well! I will be going back in the future.

Joanna was very nice.
But here it is almost a week later and I still don't have internet. To be honest I feel duped.
If you do not have an active coaxial cable in your home, don't bother. Because at least is this store, they're not worried about you getting connected. They're just worried about selling any equipment.
Not only should she have told me that I need an active coaxial cable, she should have scheduled that for me.
As it was when I called her she passed the buck and told me there's nothing she can do and to call the 800 number.
So I did. And they will install a coaxial for free.
But in my case, Cox has canceled once with zero notice and zero reason, showed up the second time only to reschedule, promising me it would be done the next day. Then I received a text message that it's 2 days out. So a week later I don't have jack s but some equipment sitting there I can't use.
BUYER BEWARE WITH BOOST AND COX!

I needed a new phone after my sim card was damaged. Found the nearest place and was delightfully surprised by the customer service of the employee working solo. It's well known that the part of town which they work is unsafe. Armed security roams the entire outlet. Joselynne, professionally and expertly, provided me with the help I needed. She politely helped me when I was in a pinch, meanwhile juggling unpleasant surroundings. Hats off
