I visited this store to restore my service, which turned out to be much more complicated than I thought it would be. Fortunately on day 1 I was helped by Curtis who was informed, courtesy and very efficient at his job. He stuck with my problem even after I left, turning it over to Joselyn to help me the next day. So I’m day 2, Joselyn stepped up and took the necessary steps to restore my device. Both Curtis and Joselyn were courteous and took the necessary time to explain what I needed and what they were doing. When I left I had a phone that worked! I always use this location as the people working there seem to be some much more competent and courteous than the other Tulsa locations. By the way, I offered Curtis a $6 tip which he said he wouldn’t take….he just wanted to “deliver good customer service”. Well, he did!!

Went in today to get an iPhone and Joselyyne was AMAZING, friendly and helpful. I thought it was gonna be really time consuming but she helped out with info I didn’t have when switching to Boost. Once again thank you so much!

Good friendly people with extra smile. Keep up the good work Joselynn, this is the type of people who makes this place a happy place. On top of that, she knows how to make customers happy and satisfied with what they have chosen. If I ever should come around this facility, Joselynn would be the right person to speak with!

I give Ms. Hauk if I could a thousand stars but unfortunately I can only do 5 stars for now?she has the most amazing customer services anybody can ask for! She takes her time and she do an awesome amazing wonderful beyond measure great job. She makes people laugh with her contiguous humor And has the warmest sweetest smile that just make people feel so welcomed. So people in Tulsa I recommend y’all to go to boost mobile but not just any boost mobile the one joselyn Hauk work at you won’t be disappointed. Keep doing what you do Ms.Hauk! You’re doing a GREAT job❤️

0mgee ! Its so hard to find great customer service but let me tell u, I’ve finally found it. Joselynn not only got me a steal of a deal but she was very welcoming and informative. Hard to believe I got an iPhone 11 w sucha steal . 10 outta 10 recommend !!!

Joselyn is a very most intelligent patient with customer takes time out to built relationship with customer and very helpful even when customer is unsatisfied with the service even though when we know it’s not her fault she is still patient and kind even when service of the phone is bad.

I gave 5 stars for the instore service, was awesome. I had no idea they closed at 8 and I showed up just before 8. Joselynne, whom was already in the closing up cleaning action greeted me in anyways and fixed me right up.Only issue I have is the new number I received is showing on caller ID under someone else's name.Besides that... the name issue isn't nothing compared to the awesome service given.Thanks.....
