I was stranded with my girls off the road for several hours due to my tire getting a hole in it and every tire shop had closed but this one wasn't yet and was the only one within a short distance that I would be able to get to after putting air in my tire at quick trip and rushing there before all my air leaked out again. They do not work on cars, only trucks but a young man there was happy to help me by putting my spare tire on for me without charge right before they closed. I don't think he understands just how much of a blessing that was to me and my girls but it definitely was and I know God will reward him for selflessly helping me and my girls be able to get home safely!! Y'all got a a really good employee with a kind heart and excellent work ethic! God bless you and thank youπ

I will try to be as professional as possible.
09/06/25 my company called and booked a welding job they said yes we will take him , when i arrived 2 oil change jobs where before me so i waited 3 hours for them to tell me that we dont have no welding technician.
The worst part is the nonchalant slightly dont want to be there technician, i hope you read this and know that what goes around comes around.
Either hire a new technician or just close shop what a joke

Broken blue on my 3-n-1 air line. $497. Seriously... it also took over an hour for the repair, not counting the almost 90mins of wait time to get into the bay (which that wasn't so bad, as there was a truck in the bay when I arrived). The rest of my time was spent getting everyone to communicate properly so the bill could get paid with the company P.O. (Staff was ez to work with...)

I will say that they did a great job and even had another mechanic make sure they didn't miss anything. I wasn't able to get my problem fixed but it had nothing to do with the service i got. They will definitely be on my list of good service and detailed mechanics and as we all know not many truly listen to us drivers.

If you come during the first shift then you will be well informed by the gentleman at the desk about wait times exc..... but I was there from the first shift waiting into the second shift and the cute mid 20/30 year young lady that worked the front 11th of july put me and my company off until around 10 pm with me supposedly being next in line since 6 pm π that was uncalled for. When I come next time please just be upfront so we don't waste time or any other company that's depending on services. Other than that I believe the work done here is great from my experience.

Highly recommend any driver with truck issues to visit boss truck repairs in tulsa ok they are very experienced in customer service and very polite. Jessica is one of the employees at the front counter she made us feel right at home she made sure that we were taken care of right away I highly recommend giving Jessica a chance to help you out with any problems you might have.

This is our first opportunity to express our appreciation for the Tulsa, Ok Boss Shop location.
We may be very small in fleet size, but we recognize the importance of getting the required services as they arise, We must also minimize delays in order to fulfill our obligations in the business of transportation.
The Tulsa location assists us very satisfactorily in all respects.
