I have so many issues with this place right now I got in some trouble so my door was forced into but the thing is the door was already broken so when they forced their way into it all it did was chip out a little bit of wood they're charging me $3,000 plus $1,000 for early early lease ending it early even though it's only ended less than a month from my ending of my lease and they're only giving me one month to pay it or they're going to send me to collections no air fans or buts about it it won't reimburse me my valet fee they charged me for the first 2 months but they never gave me a carport parking space this place is really good when you have money to shovel at them but whenever you move out they try to get you for everything and they don't care what happens to you or your stuff lots of drama and quite frankly it's not worth it steer clear I was in here from September 24 til August 25 about 1 yearthe vent for the dryer was backed up they didn't fix it it ruined one of my dryers I've had problems with the heating and air I've had problems with my sink backing up I've had problems with my door not locking you have to lock it or the window literally push it open yet they're going to charge me $3,000 for hardly nothing you'll see in the photos

The bedrooms have no light fixtures you have to bring your own lamp. There are mice throughout the complex also, parking can be a hassle, there is a gate but it's almost always open for everyone. Apartment wasn't ready at move in, damage from previous tenants was just painted over.

I absolutely loved living here over the last two years. It is a quiet and well managed property and the staff are incredible and timely. I will miss my apartment and always have great memories of my time here!

I moved in at the end of July and haven't had a single issue. My neighbors have been friendly and it's fairly quiet at night. Sometimes I can hear the sirens when an ambulance or police car are coming down the highway but that's just something I've learned to live with in several different areas of Tulsa. The water bill is billed per building and split between each unit in that building but mine has been a consistent $45 dollars each month. There are some people who don't pick up after their dogs but it hasn't been a lot. Jada and Eva are super nice and always so helpful! I've thoroughly enjoyed my time here. Maintenance is always out and about doing something on the property. The other day they were fixing some fence paneling that had been damaged. I always see them around and they're always friendly. I've recommended this place to a few people that I know are currently looking around.

Its official! I've had enough of the mismanagement at these apartments. The only time management seems to care is when there's a crisis, like the recent truck fire that led to another vehicle catching fire. This is just the tip of the iceberg.
Despite multiple complaints over the past weeks about constant dog poop from a neighbor’s dog, nothing has been done. The dog owner continues to not pick up the poop from her dog. Further, maintenance issues I've reported, including a broken light switch in my closet, a falling backsplash in the kitchen, a malfunctioning A/C unit, and a faulty door lock hinge, remain unresolved. Ive politely approached management and her assistant, weekly. They promised to send someone out, but no one has shown up. Maybe they will now!
Adding to the misery, there's a tenant who makes racist comments. Cops have been called out to visit him but he doesn't open his door. And despite notifying the management and even involving the cops, no action has been taken for their removal.
These apartments are no longer worth living in. Move to a place where management cares about all the people. If you're looking for a place to hang your hat, avoid this one like COVID. It's not what it used to be – it's now a place you want to move away from, not into.

Terrible apartments this is what $1000 looks like for 830 sqf. I've been here for 5 months. You pay $10 for valet trash service even if you don't use it $2 for pest control I've only had one notice they were coming in 5 months. And any other Fees they want to add on. You share the water bill with the whole unit your in its unfair because people have wash machine and use them alot I can hear it tho the walls. I live don't stairs from a lady that has a dog that's up all day long running in the house barks all day your rent will never be the same every month. I was told when I moved in I would pay for water but it was $10 a month Included in my rent no matter how much I used I didn't have a water bill for two months then when the new staff came I receive a water bill for $38 then the neighbor up stairs had a water link the next month my water bill was $68 then this month my water bill was $77 this are the worst apartment I've ever stayed at and wouldnt recommend this it family or friends LUXURY NOT

I was going to move into Brittany Square on 8/18 - unit wasn't ready yet. I paid the Application Fee ($50), Administration Feed($150) and a deposit ($200). I went by today - family emergency happened so was not going to be able to lease the unit. Family emergency was not expected. So they refused to refund the deposit. Told me if I come to lease, I would have to pay the $200 again. BE CAREFUL DEALING WITH THEM - I will never lease or tell others to lease there.Absolutely ridiculous! Nice I just gave them $400.00 - enjoy spending that money Brittany Square.

Mindy is truly a godsend when it comes to landlords! She’s so intentional and personal and really takes the time to know her tenants! I came from a rocky situation and she immediately made sure I was taken care of and I’m going on 4 almost 5 years of being here! Wouldn’t change a thing! I love it here at Brittany Square and Mindy makes it so much more special ✨

I just moved in to Brittany Square recently and was so excited. It was between Brittany Square and another apartment complex. Kalee, the leasing agent at Brittany Square is what made my final decision. She made me so sure of everything, comfortable and if I needed anything she was on it. She is no longer there and the Manager Mindy is not pleasant at all. Mindy talks to you like you are stupid and everything is a burden for her. As much as I like the area of the complex, I do not care for the manager and some lady Carla is there sometimes and she acts like she doesn't know how to do anything. I shouldn't be scared to call the office and have communication about concerns. It seems like everything has gone down hill and the morale since Kalee left. Very disappointing.

My husband and I lived at Brittany Square a little over a year before we bought our house and we loved it. We had both lived in other complexes and Brittany Square was the best by far. We had a beautiful view of the park which our dogs loved. The only problem was our dogs destroyed the carpet so we wished there wasn't any carpeting. That's on us though.

I've been living here for three years. I love that we are hard to find and live on a park. This place is quiet, and that really surprised me. I was concerned about fighting and blaring music. None of that here. Also, they love dogs. Which is good since I have two. One is 50 pounds.
I have lived in Tulsa most of my life. I know the good and bad parts. I wouldn't be here if I felt unsafe in any way.
I love the covered parking and having my washer and dryer in my apt. I actually use my fireplace. The few times that that I have called maintenance for minor issues, they are there that day or next. They even supply light bulbs and replace them for you. Oh, and the clubhouse parties. They have one for every holiday and just because. Once they stood in the cold and passed out breakfast as people left for work. They participate in charity, such as gathering easter baskets for the Children's home.
People can always find something wrong with a house or an apt. This is an apt. complex, not a hotel. I feel lucky to have found this place. I'm not saying it's perfect. But I have done home visits for my job in this city and know it well. Drive through a complex late Friday or Saturday. Check out the atmosphere. Cars on blocks, held together by duct tape, or leaking oil everywhere. I lived in one complex at 51st and yale that the cops were at every weekend night. The staff will help with any issues you have. I have to live in a quiet place and stress free. That's just me.
Did I mention not a single bug. You can have your place sprayed every 2 weeks if you want. Sometimes you can accidently bring a roach inside your moving boxes. (me) But I killed it and no problems.
My favorite part is that my packages are delivered to the office and secured until I pick them up. This review is not fake. Walk around and talk to people in the parking lot. I did.

Rent way too high for age and lack of amenities in these apartments. Many reviews are faked. Rent raised EVERY chance they get. Smallest of amenities not present in these apts. They are OLD and woodwork is falling apart.
