My friend took my comforter to this place by mistake. They told him it would not be ready until 5:00 the next day. I had told him to take it to brookside laundromat so I could get it back within hours. When I called them and told them what happened the next morning they put a rush on it and had it ready by 3:00. I appreciate their amazing customer service.

After over 29 years of marriage I finally decided to get my wedding dress packed appropriately. One reason I had been dreading this was I had a huge red wine stain down the front. It always made me so sad to see it. We have been going here for years so I brought the dress to them. Friendly and helpful as usual, they packed the dress beautifully. Amazingly they also got the stain out!! I never imagined that could happen. Would most definitely recommend!

Got a couple jackets cleaned my winter wool coat was not cleaned and still full of pils. My suede coat was not cleaned either. My cashmere sweater had pils all over as well.
