I’ve never been a “real” customer but I’ve had links taken out of my watches bracelet, as well as the bracelet clasp tightened/adjusted. They staff have been super polite and accommodating to me & my worries/peace of mind on my watch. Thank you.

Barrett at Diamond Cellar has been the best dealer I’ve ever dealt with. He is knowledgeable and really enjoys what he does, which is evident by his excellent service.
