Charlie has always treated me fair so I can't say anything negative about the place. They usually have whatever you need from common to uncommon parts.

I have brought every kind of car you can imagine here over the last 40 years and they have always fixed it right the first time, for a reasonable price.Very polite and comfortable people, my wife is fine to work with them.

I was referred to Charlie at Bryant for an issue with the AC line in my Kia that was preventing any cold air from being discharged. I was starting to get nervous because we were leaving for a road trip across the country in a week and a half. Charlie got me in right away and had the issue resolved by the end of the day! I was super impressed and now have to turn the AC down at times because its too cold!!! Thanks guys!!

Kept saying they would text us to give an estimate. Waits in Tulsa 4 hrs would call them and they would say getting ready to text you then wouldn’t. Poor customer service.

Made a line for me, was leaking, tried calling multiple times with no answer and showed up at 418 to them being closed. They really really need to work on the customer support side of their business, never answers phone and usually a 15-20 min wait inside before anyone comes to say hi.

Strongly do NOT recommend. This owner lacks integrity and ethics. He is more interested in making a sale and making some money instead of proper diagnosis with full and complete disclosure. I took my truck in to repair the ac. I said it didn't work and needed more than just freon. When I scheduled the appointment, I was informed there is a $98.00 diagnosis fee and would be provided an estimate. 2 days after the scheduled appointment, I am provided an estimate of roughly $1,400. After inquiry, I was told it would take 2 days to do the work. When I picked up my vehicle, there was very little air flow from the dash vents (I knew this was a problem when I brought it in, and I expected it to be addressed) and the air flow was not cold from any setting. I informed them of the problem and they re-scheduled to recheck the system. I brought it back as scheduled. After having it for a day and a half, I called to check on it. They said they were still checking it for leaks. At the end of the 3rd day, they said it was ready to pick up and it had cold air. They did get the air cold, but the air volume from the dash was still not correct. When I asked about it, the owner said give it a try for a couple of days to see if that was tolerable. To go any further into finding out why it wasn't blowing sufficiently from the dash would mean taking the dash apart. When I followed up with them the next week to see what the next steps are in getting the system to work properly, he said it would be $1500 to take the dash apart and begin determining the problem. I said that should have been stated up front. For $1,400 I could get cold air but not good air flow from the dash. He should have stated to find the problem causing the air to not blow out of the dash correctly would mean taking it apart and the estimated cost for doing that work. His response was "people don't authorize $3,000 for ac repairs."

What a scam. Called and made an appointment for an estimate. Not a single Mention of it being 100 dollars. Then get an 1800 dollar estimate that matched the exact estimate my wife got about a year ago. Copy and paste on the tickets and charge top dollar on everything. Wouldnt suggest this place to anyone. Would rather go without ac. Stop robbing people and make it be known when they book an estimate, that it will cost them money. World is too difficult and crazy right now for surpise fees (especially 100) to just tell me whats wrong. I understand my income is nobodys fault but my own but jesus, 5 hours of work for me just to hand it over to these guys to tell me what was wrong? After i dropped my car off the night before my appointment and they still didnt even look at it the day i was scheduled. Had to go a day without my car. This place is a joke. Wont answer the phone to save their life either. Spent more time on their voicemail then with them personally. Edit... now have gotten two more estimates elsewhere, both being near 1000 dollars less.

These guys were great! They got my Kia fixed in one day. They do not answer the phone a lot though due to them always working hard. Just go in and talk with them instead. They will text you when your car is done as well as send you a visual invoice to look over. They will call after inspection to confirm what you would like to do. They also have a one year warranty on their work, I highly recommend them!

I had Bryant Automotive Heating and Air install an air conditioner in my truck. They had my truck for a month. Upon getting my truck back, the air works fine. But the way they installed the air under my dash, now I don't have access to my heat knobs, and they knew this issue. I took the truck to Bryant today to see if they can fix the problem. For another $300, on top of the $3,000 I have already paid, they will try to fix it so I can be able to turn my heat on. I refuse to pay $300 more for something that should have been done, and done the right way, to begin with. So much for doing the right thing?????????

They did everything they said they would do. Their estimate is what I ended up paying and the work seems good. So far all is well.

These guys fixed my car for the service plus parts which was about $130. I was amazed. He even gave me a choice for what he did for it or to go ahead and change my entire air conditioner compressor at $200 less than what someone else had told me.Iwas impressed because he gave me a choice instead of tell me what it was going to be and nailing me.A fair company, he is now my new auto mechanic!

Multiple parties (including my own auto tech) referred me to Bryant Automotive AC.I brought my car to Bryant Automotive and picked it up on the same day.I am completely satisfied with their work. Many auto technicians in Tulsa and other areas will tell you that they can work on automotive AC for all automotive models and types: This is false, and at best, very misleading. If you want true automotive AC expertise for ALL auto manufacture types, you should take you car to Bryant Automotive. They will repair your car in a timely manner and most importantly, they will do the job correctly the first time. The owner was extremely informative, courteous, and totally up front about pricing.Bryant Automotive AC is an example of genuine professionalism.
