The atmosphere was wonderful! I had a conversation with a sweet employee, she made sure I knew where the sits where at( I'm 8 months pregnant) I didn't buy anything, my mother in law did but I definitely will be coming back because of the sweet woman I talked with!

My husband and I went shopping at Woodland Hills mall Saturday. I went to almost every store looking for petite jeans. I was so discouraged until I went to the buckle. When I say customer service is top notch. I’m not sure what her name was? I ended up buying some really cute pieces. Thank you so much. And the Z supply brown cardigan is so freaking cute. I highly recommend the buckle.🥰🥰🥰

Went to buckle last week and the customer service was great! I’m not kidding this guy asked my style asked my size in shorts and shirts. The guy no joke got clothes for me and put them in the changing room and locked it for me!( best customer service I’ve had in awhile)

Went to this buckle over the weekend to look for some jeans, at first the employees were friendly and greeted us but as soon as we started to look around my sister and her bf were being followed by this women who worked there when all they were trying to do was look for a pair of jeans and a hoodie, after that my bf and I met with my sister and her bf the same lady proceeded to follow us around the store, she then proceeded to talk to another one of her coworkers and he started to follow us and then a third employee started to do the same, we felt like we were being singled out for who knows what but will not be going back to the buckle if we are in town again worst experience ever

I had a pair of pants to be hemmed and told to pick them up Friday morning. Well I drive an hour for them to tell me they don't start even working on them until Friday morning to come back around 5 o'clock.. so don't waste your time if you need them before 5oclock on Friday..

They are truly very expensive. They do have high-quality clothing. The staff are always friendly and professional. They are willing to help if you need it, or allow you to shop on you own.

Went in yesterday to do some shopping. We couldn’t take two steps with out one of the associates there on the floor trying to force my wife to look at things we didn’t want to look at. We understand the attempt to be helpful. But this was by far one of the most egressive attempts to make a sale. It was so intense my wife chose to just not get anything and leave when we typically spend a few hundred dollars each when we come in.Tone down the aggression towards trying to be so helpful because sometimes it’s not. Sometimes, people want to shop in peace. We don’t need a used car salesman when buying jeans. Hope to see an improvement
