“I’m not the typical Dakota hardwoods client. I was just searching for 2 hinges to replace ones that my staff inadvertently broke while cleaning a clients home. After going to five or six different places and not getting a lot of help on finding the correct one, I ended up at Dakota hardwoods on a referral from another store. Greg was so kind and gave me the same attention as someone buying 2000 hinges not 2. My client was thrilled and Greg made my day so much easier. Thank you so much for providing such excellent customer service! (I’ll be back. The client loves the way. The door closes now and wants to replace the other two as well. ??)”

“If you're a do-it-yourselfer, this is a good place to shop as any. Just don't look for any assistance trying to load items or ask questions to. Customer service is truly a thing of the past, so very sad. Stores used to love to greet their customers with a smile and a can-do-it attitude; always willing to help.”
