It took 3 months from my first call in Dec to mid March to complete the restoration of my 22 sq ft bathroom that had water damage. Original estimate was $1700 after the work was completed they sent a NEW estimate for $3900. WHAT?!?!? It's been so frustrating trying to get to someone that can explain the discrepancy. Finally after a couple of weeks we reached the GM, Robert, who told us he would "make it right". Received 2nd new estimate that day for $3400.... Still WHAT?!?! They had not pd their subcontractor so he filled a lien and we got a copy of his invoice to Burggraf (dated the day after completing the project) and his bill to them was $2350. So basically they have been trying to rip us off from the start. Horrible customer service. Telling everyone I know and perfect strangers not to use them. If I could give them 0 stars I would!

Worst experience of any contractor in 40 years. They are not competent to complete jobs, were not honest with pricing, and took 5 months to complete a 2 week job, resulting in theft from the home.

My 75 year old mother hired Burggraf Roofing who came out to fix her chimney enclosure, high level of craftmanship (as long as it doesn't leak :-) ), they manned the job properly. They where very good about working through any misunderstandings and completed the work promptly. Highly Recommended - Showed Craftmanship.

After past failures in patching up our roof over the years, we decided it was time to replace the whole roof. We had several estimates from other contractors, but when we contacted Dalton with Burggraf, he not only came out and inspected our roof, he was the first contractor to fully explain in detail what his bid included and the process for reroofing our house. His crew worked hard, were very professional, and you could tell they took great pride in their work. They had most of the roofing complete by the end of the first day, including a thorough clean up around the house and yard. The next day, the crew came back to take care of all the finer details including touch up paint where needed. Dalton kept in touch with us to see if we had any questions as well as updates on the progress of the roof. Our new roof looks fantastic and the work well done.Services: Roof inspection

Dominick & Payton, Company Representatives, came out and Inspected our Roof for us (07-14-2021). We recently had a water leak. They were very professional, courteous, and seemed very personable. They gave us a fair and accurate repair estimate. They have earned our Business.Burggraf employees will be coming back out in a week to do the repairs so i will update this review after the work is completed. It is a HUGE relief to know there are still Companies out there that are honest & fair. We are looking forward to a solid working relationship with Burggraf for our future Roofing needs. If subsequent workers are as professional as Dominick, and Payton, we should be in good hands….Addendum - Dominick, & Dalton, came back to fix the Roof leak on 07-21-2021. They worked very hard, in high 90’s heat, and repaired the Leak in a little over an hour. Dominick showed me video of the Repairs. The Repair cost was more than fair and comes with a year warranty. Fantastic job, Burggraf. Thank you for making a stressful situation trouble free. You have earned our trust and our future Business…Service: Roof inspection

I am not sure why Google doesn't have a zero star option because one star is far too generous for my experience with Burggraf Roofing. I have worked with literally hundreds of contractors in my life and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had. Went with AKW Roofing and they were amazing!I don't usually spend the time to give reviews, but my experience was so bad I felt the need to take a moment to write this one.

Just wanted to say thank you for a job well done. It was great to deal with a company that actually takes pride in their work. From the quote and explaining the process at contract signing to scheduling the work.Their crew completed a quality job with no nails or shingles around the house. My roof looks great!
