I love the variety of clothes in this store. Every time I go there, I'm always waiting in a long line to get checked out. There's usually only 1 or 2 clerks working, and a long line. My average wait time is between 15 and 20 minutes.

1.Please train your cashier's to ask Burlington's members to put in their phone number.
2. Burlington's have over 7 register only will have one open with one cashier it's not fair to customers who have to wait 20 minutes or more to check out either get a self checkout or put more employees on the register or have someone come and check people out with a handheld machine like they do at Chick-fil-A who are paying with card Burlington's makes enough money to have more cashier's have a better way to checkout.. Burlington needs to stop asking people to see their recipet after they done stood in line over 20 minutes so better Burlington's

Burlington was always my favorite back to school clothing choice, but I haven't been back in years because I moved to a small rural town. I went back recently and it's really nice inside. Everything is shiny and organized really well, clearly labeled sections, and of course you still can't beat the pricing.

CALLING ALL MY FAT PEOPLE. Yup I said fat, im a big guy wearing 5x shirts and finding shirts in my size is either expensive and or hard to find but this store has some SWEET clothing for the plus size community. As one of the members I REALLY appreciate the selection and style continuously being cycled in the store. Only thing that sucks is there is waiting to check out but for the prices and selection I'll take it eveeytime.

My first visit I was amazed at all of the products and the great prices, so I shopped for an hour and a half yesterday April 27th 2025. When I got up to the register there were 50 people in line and no announcement that their registers were down until I was the fifth person in line. They took my items and put them in a bag along with my phone number to contact me when their systems were back up. The next day I called them because I had not heard from them and I was informed that they had put all the items that were put on hold back on the Shelf. They did not bother to call anybody. That is the most ridiculous customer service ever and with what transpired they should have gone extra steps to serve customers who keep their business alive. I won't shop there anymore. Customer service is of utmost importance to me.

This place has gotten better as far as being organized and cleaner but you will ALWAYS wait in a 15min line if not longer and people are always cutting to the front which is annoying , people just being inconsiderate.
