Tried booking online and no one ever called. Tried calling a dozen times and left messages over the course of a week to confirm and ask a question and never received a call back. Called the day of to cancel because at this point I don’t trust them, and they called back to confirm they got my voicemail to cancel. Not sure I would trust them with my dog. Better off using a non franchise.

Oh my Goodness!!! If i could give them 10 stars I would!!!! they treated my 2 fur babies with such care ! they lived it there! playing with other dogs, they have play time, lunch time, play time again! you can see them in thw cameras on the app!
my babies had a blast playing with other dogs!
it was more difficult for my little one! but she adjusted throughout the day! and was happy to see me!
thanks for everything! they will be frequent campers for sure! and they offer Grooming and other services as well!

Our dog is always excited to stay here! We've never had a problem, and they take great care of our dog. The price is very reasonable too.

Decided to forfeit my day care package a while back because I don’t feel comfortable taking my dogs here. The stench of dirty dogs is overwhelming, the staff isn’t very friendly and overall just not what I’d expect for a facility for dogs. I expect the same cleanliness attempts of that of a daycare for my son and this place just isn’t cutting it.

Great facility, great staff, great owners! Camp Bow Wow is one of the best in Tulsa. You can guarantee your dogs will leave tired and happy from all of the fun.
