Do not buy a car from this place. They will be friendly to you when they are trying to sell you a car but the first sign of trouble and they turn they're back on you. My daughter bought a car from them and she almost had it paid off and someone hit her and totaled the car. She then got another car from them and it started overheating on the way home 2 weeks later the engine blew up they put a new engine a week later it was slinging oil all over the place and they told her that she would have to pay the ticket to a shop. She has a child and pregnant with another one and the manager of Car-Mart had no intentions of helping her. Now I can understand 3 months down the road you have an oil leak that's on you but a week after putting in a motor used motor by the way and it's swinging oil everywhere I think the least they could do is fix the oil leak but once they sell it to you they really don't care what happens to you.

Horrible! Sold me a car that started breaking down the very first week I got it. Didn't get it in the shop as soon as they were notified and after it fully broke down had the engine replaced. Then got the car back and not even a week later check engine light came on. Got that fixed then the engine somewhere with the seals leaking oil bad and they refused to help or fix it. Carmart I had yall before and i did have a good car and good experience at the beginning but afterwards with my second car the experience was absolutely horrible but I will give props to the ladys in service they were very nice but never give call backs but the manager of carmart with his attitude should be fired bc yall have lost a customer who had her payments on time every time and made sure that it was never late. On a side note everyone once they get this car back and " try to fix it or not" it's a red 2013 Chevrolet cruz. Do not buy it unless you want the problems that it comes with. Carmart again stop selling lemon cars and screwing over people. I will also be calling corporate as well.

I recently purchased a vechicle from Car-Mart and my experience was flawless from beginning to end. Our salesperson Sanjuana was very friendly and helpful to the finance officer who was quick and efficient. I will do business with them in the future.

Would not recommend it to anyone. Had so much trouble and issues with them. Pam the account manager is the worst to deal with. They won't answer my calls or hang up on me. Said they'd get me a new title so I wouldn't have to worry about late fees, I recorded that and then a few weeks later I was told they couldn't get me a new one. Then when I had to forfeit my payments to save for my tag, which I knew I was behind on payments they illegally moved another vehicle to get to mine. I told them to keep the car but I wanted my stuff. But they didn't report it to the police like they were supposed to before coming to get a car but now there's no record of my car anywhere and I have personal belongings in the car which they have to give back to me, but can't get through to anyone. Just don't go here, they don't care about you, they just care about screwing people over and taking their money

After a headache of a buying experience, we take the car to be checked at a mechanic and get quoted $3k in needed repairs. The service department promised to take care of it but after dropping it off to them, they tell us it's going back to the vendor they got it from so they can fix it all. It gets a while different motor, we get it back 8 days later and the windshield wipers don't work, the cabin air filter is still missing, and so is the battery tie down. Their service department didn't even open the hood before giving it back, apparently. I'm sure there's so much more wrong with it. At this point I don't trust anything anyone from car mart sells or says. My paperwork was e signed on the salesman's computer and he just rushed right through my payment agreement. I didn't even lay eyes on the total final price of the car until we drove away even after voicing over and over that I was uncomfortable with e-signing documents that weren't printed out right in front of me. I'm definitely filling a BBB report now....

I wouldn't even give a 1 star . I'm a single mother and you guys completely screwed me over. Your slogan is "you're like family" but you guys had no sympathy for me being involved in a hit and run. I paid my payments, paid for full coverage to still be out of a car, and because $300 a month isn't enough for you guys to take for a $7000 car, I'm out of a one this close to Christmas. You all should do better. Entire process was horrible from the very beginning, it even had previous damage $2000 worth, that my insurance company found, you guys are going to get almost $4000 from them. & in the end of it all, I got told by a district manager " there are other car lots if you don't like this outcome". Good luck to anyone that gets into a contract with you all.

This place is completely horrible with the maintenance of their cars . I have been having trouble with my car since June for the same problem.they have had my car on 5 different occasions claiming that the problem has been fixed each time they I have had to take my car back they have it weeks at a time then when I finally get the car back and it is supposed to be fixed a week or two later it is messing up with the same problem . They are not fixing the problem or whoever they are taking these cars to are not fixing the problem . I have made several complaints and barely get any calls back or they’re not in the office it’s always a lie. Now my car is messing up again for the same exact problem . Tomorrow morning I will be calling the better business beauru and 2 works for you enough is enough! I pay my car payment faithfully for a car that’s not even reliable and they obviously could care less as long as they are getting their payment. CARMART NORTH SUCKS!!!

Came in & was super excited about getting a car. Been without a car for almost a year so when I finally started working Car-Mart was the first place I went. My mom got a SUV from them & she’s been satisfied with them so far. There was some misunderstanding about the down payment & diapers drive which I was very upset about because someone on their end did not explain that very well & clear to me but San Juana helped me to understand & was sorry that I was upset. Anyways, I did leave off the lot in a real nice car so it all worked out! ??

It was a family oriented experience. The representative of Car Mart North was real and very professional. If you need a second chance to rebuild your credit I would definitely consider Car Mart of Tulsa North. Thank you Art Deal(Sales Manager) and San Juana (Sales Rep.) God Bless!

Horrible place to get a car recommend to not go there im stuck there with them now. They are useless and the one who is in charge of the mechanic is so rude forgot her name. We haven’t even had a month with the car and it’s already issues. They kept the car in the shop for a whole day and next day the engine light came back on for the same thing it wasn’t even 24 hrs since we supposedly got it looked at. They don’t even care about their customers as long if they are making money they don’t care. Don’t buy from them.

My parents got a car through here and decided they couldn’t afford the payments so they took the car back. They spoke to a very nice lady this morning about the process but When they were surrendering their car the afternoon sales team bullied my 62 and 63 year old parents. They refused to give them the proper paperwork when dropping off the car to prove it was on their lot, they talked down on my parents and said to my mom “we don’t like people who can’t afford their car”. When that’s exactly why they were taking it back. They have the WORST customer service I’ve ever seen and I’ve been in the customer service business since I was 15. Even their GM was rude too. I would NEVER get a car here unless you like being talked down to.

I bought a Nissan Rogue from them. When I bought it had front end issue. My mom had a minor fender bender. So we took it to the repair shop and found out someone use spray foam as a fix for it. So needless to say it didn't get fixed. Now that it's been totaled they are trying to get it back so they can fix it to resale again. Please if you see a red Nissan Rogue at any of the lots ask for the car fax. If they don't give it to you run away.

It took a little longer than I expected it would but it was probably because my last name pulled up on the computer different than what it really was. The men and women was very professional and too kind. I have a two year old and she was a little wild yesterday, they just said it's okay!!! Overall my experience was awesome I ended up with a 2014 Chevy Sonic. Beautiful car thank you to all of the stuff at Car-Mart.

So obviously I needed a car, but when we started talking to Ezra, i knew I was in good hands! Ezra was VERY knowledgeable and honest! Upfront through the whole process! He made the process quick and simple! There was an issue with the windshield, he wrote up a “we owe” right away. And when we realized the trunk had a problem as well as the spare being completely bare (wire showing all the way around! There was no tire left!!) they immediately replaced it for me! And set up an appointment to fix the trunk! Yes, they should have checked the spare when they got it, but it happens. ??♀️ i am so happy with my new car! Definitely go see Ezra and tell them I sent you!!
