Everyone was very nice- left with a decent vehicle. I did wait over 4 hours but not at the fault of anyone just the system glitched and took awhile to get back up and running. I suggest coming first thing in the morning. Wade and Sherry both worked hard to get out in a decent time so i can’t complain.
