I want to say a big thank you to the dealership on 11th and Sheridan. I had an issue that came up and I had no idea what to do about it. I went to Pam in accounts and she set my mind at ease. She went to the GM with a solution and it was approved. I've driven Car Mart vehicles for at least the last 10 years. They have always taken care of my issues. I highly recommend Pam and the team. They really do care about their customers after the sale. Big THANK YOU!

If I had wrote this months ago I would have probably given a better review; however; not now... I bought my car and splurged on the extra warranty. I'm glad I did because not long after driving my car off the lot I needed it. There have been several things go wrong with my car and my warranty covered it. But now as more things go wrong, major things like my transmission, ALL I GET IS THE RUN-AROUND.I call and am told they need to track down the transmission and will call back on Monday, Wednesday comes and still no call. I call and leave messages, still no return call.I'm about to gather some friends with picket signs and stand on the sidewalk to let everyone know just how bad the service here is.. And that includes the Manager Clint.I will not go away quietly. If they cannot get this fixed soon, I will find a way to let everyone know in the surrounding area how bad this service is. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE, EVEN WITH WARRANTY THEY DO NOT STAND BY THEIR WORD.

Well, I have posted many good reviews in the past. In all honesty, I did it in hopes of getting good service. That's up in the air..Paying on this car since April 2022.In the shop 5 times in less than 6 months and now the transmission is out. 6 more weeks Waiting And waitingAnd waitingJust for a call back, status update, called corporate and they couldn't even get the message right. Spoke to a lawyer and they advised me to lemon law it. Yet here I wait, no call, as promised. Kicker is, Wade sold me the car, said it was the "BEST CHOICE LOT."

Wade is super dope and helpful especially for this being my first time buying a car, so is the lady that helped me finalize the deal and went out of her way to help me with some issues today (I don’t remember your name but you’re so sweet and helpful ily), the financial adviser is super chill and easy to talk to, and the guy that details the cars is a real one for helping me find a good insurance company to go to when I was struggling. I appreciate y’all making it simple and helping me understand when I had any questions. The lady up front tho definitely needs some training so she understands what her job is, so when people call she doesn’t just send them away without actually offering help and so she doesn’t come off as dismissive and annoyed. Other than that 10/10 staff and a job well done frfr.

Clint has improperly handled matters that should have been handled by police & fails to answer simple questions in regards to JRC Auto Shop whose apparent manager has openly admitted to his shop being "illegal". It is highly unprofessional to receive attitude in lieu of answers to simple inquiries... How is this business affiliated with an illegal car shop? Wanted to post this publicly since apparently answers to simple questions are such a secret... Sad...

These people are absolutely amazing. Wade made sure that I was not just tossed in a car that they wanted gone. He literally looked on his lot and another lot to find what I actually wanted along with what I was needing. He went above and beyond for me and I can’t ever say thank you enough. ♥️♥️♥️

Thought the customer service was wonderful, lots of smiling faces! Bought the car, the salesman tells us the noise we hear is tension on the belt and it goes away when the car warms. Well here we are, 3 weeks in, having to make a payment on a car we can’t drive right now bc it sounds like a motorcycle or a boat going down the road! And set an appt for repairs and am out the deductible on a problem they told us was not a problem!
