When I got my stereo last year the technician had trouble because a previous owner had bent one of the mounting brackets. Cut to now and the stereo started tilting in the dash. I came by last week and the guys went out to the car and made some adjustments to the mounting brackets to tighten up the fit. Had to go to Arkansas this past weekend over a lot of bumpy highways and the stereo has stayed nice and tight. Good job guys.

Matt got me a setup for my ram truck 2 Fosgate Subs 10”s w an 500w amp. He exceeded my expectations but installing a day early due to scheduling conflicts. Sounds great looks good and he’s a great ambassador for Car Toys

I purchased a GPS tracker from this business for $298. During installation, I required an activation code that was supposed to be emailed to me. Unfortunately, the code was not provided promptly, which caused unnecessary delays in setting up the device.
When I decided to return the item, I was issued a refund via check—even though I paid in cash. This not only inconvenienced me, as I now have to take additional time to cash the check, but I will also incur a bank fee to do so.
Overall, the experience was frustrating and poorly handled. If you anticipate needing customer support or the possibility of returning an item, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

I’ve had 2 audio systems installed by CarToys in the last 5 years. One entry level and one fully custom. They do an amazing job and the support is great. If there are any issues with the system CarToys installed, they will fix for free. Highly recommend

I had car toys do the alarm on my truck years ago worked great the horn went out and they were on it same day then I had them do my sound system on my malabu very friendly thank you all so much great job
