The women are rude on the phone. I have tried for three days to get my perscription. Everytime I call, they say they don't have the perscription, then they find it and tell me it will be the next day and they will call me. I didn't get called by 2 pm. Again, they say they don't have the perscription. I have to insist they do. They look, come back on the phone say they don't have it. I insisted. She is not happy, but goes to look again. Comes back and she has found it. But, it won't be done till the end of the day. I say by 5, she has to ask. I Don't know what is going on there, but crabby women who are VERY disorganized work there, and don't care about you. It is a cancer drug I needed. I am suppose to be able to get it today. We will see. I am NEVER going back there, and I don't recommend anyone else does either.

This was a great place, pharmacy. The only problem I had was that a lot of times I was told that the prescriptions I needed wasn't on the formulary list or was a different tier and end would having to pay more. After two or three times like this, I took my prescriptions to Walgreens and they were on the formulary list and they were the lowest teir and paid the lowest price. So I didn't know what was going on with CareFirst concerning that.

I called to inquire and see if my dr sent my prescription to this pharmacy. And I had the wrong pharmacy. BUT. I spoke with Jessica. She was super friendly. Unlike most pharmacies that speak to you like they don’t have time. I’ll be switching here. Thanks Jessica!

I've been going here for quite a while and I loved it until today. They've sold the pharmacy to Walgreens and did not bother letter me know before my prescriptions started going to 71st & Sheridan.I understand things got tough and it needed to be done, but you really should let us know BEFORE our prescriptions start going elsewhere. Now I've got to worry about whether or not I can to get to other pharmacy before they close after work. Great! Thanks!

Just change the name from Carefirst to CareLast! No heads up whatsoever that they would be closing! Infuriating to say the least!

This company laid off 16 employees 12 days before Christmas. One of the owners is in the state legislature. I really don’t see how someone like this should be part of the leadership of this state. They say they found us jobs and didn’t lay us off. We are not cattle. You cannot do that to employees who bust their rears for you. You are disgusting.

This is the worst place. I'm told a few minutes and so I wait but then for the next 45 minutes they fill every prescription except for my son who had surgery 1hr ago. I end up leaving and having to call to cancel due to not living in tulsa. They call back saying it was ready the whole time I was there like it's my fault when they ignored me for 45mins. They just left me standing while enjoying a big joke on my behalf for their daily rousing. I hope the surgeon removes you for the listed pharmacy on special scripts and goes with a professional company who don't treat customers like they have no choice because we have a choice and they don't have that option of us never supporting their horrible company.

5 stars aren’t enough for this place!! They took great care of my mom and getting her what she needed and not only that the compoundist stayed late to make sure she got what she needed to get her through the long weekend! Thank you, you guys truly are wonderful!

Love carefirst pharmacy! Have used them. For itleast 3 years now. When my youngest got his formula there. The guy would bring it out and always asked how my son was doing. Now we use them for my sons medicine and they are always so quick to make it up for us. The staff is always very respectful! I highly recommend them for you pharmacy needs.

This location should take lessons from the BA location. While they were able to fill my prescriptions, a couple of the employees were less than courtesy to my family. We are dealing with multiple family crises. My mother passed away less than two weeks ago, I have COVID, and we have another issue involving a relative.I was told at 10AM to call back in the afternoon if they had not called by 1PM. My wife waited until 2PM to call. She was told it would be ready at 6-7PM. My son arrived early and asked if the scripts might be ready, the woman was short with him. He is a very courtesy person and I doubt seriously that he curt response was necessary.I realize you are busy, but there is no need to be rude, or short. Still beats Walgreens or WalMart, but they could use some work.
