I waited in line with one person checking out for 30 minutes because they wouldn’t stop chitchatting - ended up putting all my clothes back and left. Store is also hot. - manager no where to be seen. Unless you can waste an hour of time waiting in line while a single person in front of you I suggest ordering online. Saved myself over 100 bucks by not buying anything if there’s a plus side. 🤣

The Broken Arrow store is my preference, Ms. Smith and the white woman with dark brown hair (forgot her name)are precious and kind. The experience with them is worth the extended drive vs 31st store ~person service!!! I love the non splits in skirts, hats and flats (shoes). The inspiration clothing items are smashing!

Terrible experience. Whatever you do. Don’t apply for a job here. Hiring manager had a rude tone with me after I called to follow up on an application. I thought honesty would help you out but apparently it doesn’t. This is one store that I will never consider buying from. Because if the hiring manager is rude. I’m wondering how the rest of the store is. What’s done is done though.

I haven't been shopping at CATO for over 4 years now, since my paycheck told me to stop. Wonderful finds, great prices, and giggling women fun between customer and employee . I will be back, but shop with cash.

arrived at 10am sharp store not open employee left to go to bank 10 min before store was supposed to open. she returned in 5 min 1015 store still not open. if you were gonna open late I would have certainly appreciated a heads up.. THATS THE YOUNGER GENERATION FOR YA. NO RESPECT FOR THE CUSTOMER OR OPERATING HOURS

Horrible customer service! I try to return some white shorts and the manager was very rude to me, she sounded like she was reprimanding me and accusing me of staining the shorts red, according to her with maybe a belt (which I don’t even wear belts), and who knows maybe they were stained before I bought them, to what she stated they don’t sell “damage goods”, she try to show me the stain but I seriously couldn’t see what she was talking about, so then she started raising her voice at me and treating me very rudely, which I didn’t deserve since I was trying to be nice and understanding, at this point I was really upset and I just walked out the door before I started behaving like her, it wasn’t worth arguing with her, I only tried those once and since I didn’t like how they looked I took them off fold them and put them right back in the bag with the receipt, Cato should really invest some money and send their employees to a customer service class.

Well, the truth is, I came out disappointed. I don't know if it's because of the pandemic, but I didn't find anything I liked, very basic.
