This bank chose to keep $985 from us after their external ATM broke during a deposit, kept our deposit while spitting out a receipt telling us to call and confirm the deposit.
Upon contacting and opening a case, they claimed our deposit was $985 less than what we deposited. Despite extensive work with the branch manager and numerous calls to corporate, they insisted that there was nothing wrong with the ATM. The branch manager apparently has no authority to even get the video of the transaction that would have clearly shown the amount we deposited.
So imagine if you went to the teller, counted out $5000, handed it to them to deposit, then they went into a back room, came back out without your money and said you gave them $4015. That’s essentially what happened via the ATM at this location and all attempts to resolve have been met with red tape and denials that there was ever any problem.
A police report has been filed as well as a complaint with the “Office of the Controller of Currency” and the Federal Reserve.
UPDATE: I’ve raised the star count as a result of my issue being resolved via the “Consumer Finance Protection Bureau (CFPB)”, a government agency that helps with these kinds of things. Chase immediately responded and explained their reasoning while crediting us back.
I feel my new rating represents my experience with this branch based on the fact that it took over 2 months to get to this point and required the intervention of a government agency. The branch manager did everything she could but it felt like her hands were tied.

I'm a member of this bank and this Bank downtown sucks the one on 41st is my favorite the one on 21st you get a thumbs up but the one downtown totally sucks at everything and the only reason I'm leaving a gold star because I can't post this without leaving the store cuz you don't deserve no stars

My chase account was restricted today and the account was just opened yesterday . The reason was unusual purchase in Pennsylvania. I never purchased anything and only had the card a few hours before it was resistrcted. I opened a chase account because they're doing a 300.00 promo for new accounts. Anyways, Nothing made sense until I started reading about the promo. Right at the bottom of the page it says canceling or being restricted terminates the promo. Chase is spending millions and millions promoting it also. I tried calling Chase all day today. Found it weird a bank that never answers their phones. Makes me wonder how many other people they've done this too. I deposited 400 when I opened the account and of course it's still on hold. Something shady is going!

Hi I want to give huge thank you and my deepest thank you gratitude to Jason McConnell at the 4th Street and Boston Ave Branch in downtown Tulsa Oklahoma. Jason was so kind and pleasant and got all problems fixed with Amazon chase credit card. It's been issues for over two weeks. I'm so very very very grateful Jason you deserve huge raise may God bless Jason McConnell for the work he did to get my credit card unfrozen and to get new access to the chase appt on my phone. Thank you. Jason McConnell for patience and getting me appointment so fast this morning. Thank you Chase.

visited chase bank downtown 4th and boston cashed a check for 1k which i had 850 in my acct and chase will typically float u 200.00. Ive also been with chase over 15 years they know im GOOOD...??. young lady says ..it says u have to deposit.. HMMM THATS ODD..she says is that ok? I said no its not ok but i dont have a choice. I THEN BEGAN THE PROCESS OF logging onto my acct. to withdraw whatever i had . Young lady Vince says oh it says you can cash it so she proceeds to cash my check then she says why didn't you go to the bank that wrote the check I responded because they would be closed before I got there it's about 4:30 PM she didn't ask to see my ideas 2nd time which she already seen it the 1st time in ran it but I gave it to her again she takes it lays it on the counter looks me directly in the eye rolls her neck and begins to just stare at her computer for probably a minute and 45 seconds Which is a long time when you're waiting it's on a Friday and you just want to get your business done and go home she purposely did that just because she could then she gave me my money mixed it up with fifties and twenties and I said I would like to have all hundreds please it's a $1000 she looked me right n the eye and I don't have any more hundreds OK thank you have a nice day and I hope we'whorver p*** you off you take it out on them and not me next time cause I know the game and I know what you did . i cam see the drawer maaam

Drove almost 30 minutes for them to be absolutely no help!! All because I left my ID, I’ve always been able to confirm my information or do what I needed to do OVER THE PHONE WITH NO ID. Chase sucks.But their online service is always helpful when you can get ahold of them :)

This bank has the worst customer service. When you call you have to speak with someone in another country about your account. I have received a letter threating to give my under age sons court order account to the state of Oklahoma due to non activity. Unable to resolve the issue after multiple calls.
