They help the scammer take advantage of me let them put checks in are account and when the account was frozen after two days this going on. Chase took my husband pay check that last check till short term disability kick in and the account was frozen they take advantage of people. If they back up Isreal. political statement. my husband was in hospital when this was happening Had beg people help with are utilities and no money for diaper and wipes. jp Chase God knows what you did chase may God give you all what you truly deserve. And they made feel hopeless.

This branch is so friendly & customer service oriented. They have helped me with setting up my father’s estate account and have been so helpful and efficient. The customer service is top notch! Definitely recommend.

I'm not here to beat down the branch staff. Honestly they have been amazing. It's the corporate staff that has been an embarrassing aspect of this company. Hopefully they improve. You make it hard on the in person staff. They like to hold your money to make money off the interest.

Went around 10:30 am on a Saturday morning. Short wait time and Ed was able to help resolve my card issue very quickly! I'd recommend this location if you are needing in person services.

Chase bank allowed someone in Tampa Florida to take 6,800 dollars out of my account without verification . FYI I have never been to Tampa Florida. Now having to jump through all sorts of hoops to try to get my money back.

Went to open up a bank account with my husband and the chase employee was so nice at first until I was trying to figure out a password where I can remember for my account and he told me “ it really isn’t that hard “ it ruined my experience to opening up my first business bank account. I have been waiting for my bank card for three months, they didn’t put in the right address and you go over the address and information with the chase employee when you open an account so I was confused about that so I called to change the address and so I waited a long time again and still nothing now I have to go drive up to the bank to figure it out. This situation might not be chase fault could so happened to be placed in the wrong mail box but I’m getting frustrated because I’m getting tired of having to go inside to deposit out money. Another thing chase app sucks made a new password for it and I got logged in n everything then now I can’t login because it doesn’t recognize it. If I knew that this bank was so complicated I would have chose a different bank.
