ATM was broken. Had to wait an unreasonably long time to get my money from the teller. Either hire more people or fix your ATM.

This place is not only super slow, I don't think they really train their new people very well. The process in which to get to my account changes with each person that works here. They only ever have 1 lane open outside, where each transaction takes an hour. Im just so FED UP WITH THIS PLACE. Thank you for showing me why I shouldn't do business with chase. Thank you for wasting my time which is also money. Yeah. This is probably one of the worst branches in the area. The people in here are sarcastic when helping you and honestly think they all should go look elsewhere for employment if you don't want to help customers. Have the days you deserve!

I have made a lot of mistakes in my life, choosing Chase as my bank has got to be one of the top three. Ever since I’ve came to their banking establishment. It has been a living nightmare. Finding an ATM is ridiculous. If you ever have any problems talking to somebody is literally impossible. The app they have you download to access your account does nothing but literally show you your balance. If you ever have any problems or issue, you’re going to have to go through some stupid automated call system that takes forever for them to tell you that there’s nothing they can really do. I will be closing Chase account today removing all of my money out of it, and will choose a different bank.

The tellers inside show zero enthusiasm and roll their eyes when you ask questions. Mike is horrible, he mumbles and acts like he doesn't want to be there! Probably won't go to that chase ever again!

I switched to Chase several years ago because I was dissatisfied with the other ( well known) bank that I had been with, also for several years prior. I must say I'm very happy with the service that I have received from Chase. I've never had any issues that they could not handle in a courteous and timely manner. I am disabled but I have found that if I have to go into the building for any , which have been few and far between, finding a parking place has been easy and it's been easy to get in and out of the building.
In dealing with the tellers and other employees of the bank I've always been treated politely and with respect. They have always been professional and handled my issues quickly and efficiently. I am content with the service that I have received over the phone, also.
The fact that it's less than a mile from my house and there's never a long line at the ATM is just gravy!
And yes, I have referred others and will continue to do so. Thank you.

The worst bank ever. customer service is very bad. I literally had to drive to another branch 15 minutes away and do my transaction.

This branch is literally the worst branch in Tulsa. I went in three times, still they didn't have time to help me set up an account. Made an appointment and THEY got the time wrong and then acted like I did and turned me away after letting me sit in the waiting room for several minutes making me think they were about to help me. I ended up going to the branch on Utica, walked in with no appointment, and was able to set up an account literally the same day this one turned me away after their mistake on the appointment time. Then I go back to this branch as it's by my Dr's office, hoping to deposit a large amount of cash that I do not want to be carrying around, and they would not allow me to deposit it due to my ID being the temp OK paper that I had a photo of saved into my phone but which I had left in my other vehicle. I just moved here from NC but because my NC license is no longer valid, they would not accept that. And the app wasn't allowing me to open the virtual wallet at the time to deposit at the ATM, so once again this branch was absolutely useless and told me to go kick rocks. Went to Utica, no issue. Forget going back here other than to use the ATM moving forward, at least for me. Horrible service.

Horrible service, we went first time today 4/20/24 to open chase bank account as we have apt set few days ago for today at 11:30am with Arturo B and appointment was confirmed few times. We arrived before time and told sorry there is error in booking we can not help you today!!!!,, can do next week, what?? Do you think people are free every day??just wastage of time,,, pathetic service and horrible first experience.

I had an appt with Mr. Mickey Williams regarding a secondary account. He explained all account options that would best suit my needs w/o having to pay a monthly fee. After we agreed upon an ideal account, he promptly activated it. The business session was handled in a timely manner. Excellent customer service!!
