Not bad. This location gets quite busy seeing as it serves as the main branch for a large geographic area, their employees are very helpful, and told me about helpful app features I didn't know were there.

I come here only to go to the ATM inside. The representative did tell me this is the busiest branch in the entire Tulsa metroplex. So if you need something specific, you need to make an appointment via their website, app, or through customer service for another future date. I come here for the lollipops. They have a security guard in the lobby, which makes me feel safe. I wish they had more ATM’s outside (drive-throughs). I will say the ATM locations are kind of scary. It’s hidden in the back, so I definitely would not go there during the night time (a homeless man could definitely pop-up out of nowhere or somebody wanting to rob you). Also, I really, really (and have asked several times) think they need to build a branch somewhere around 61st and Mingo or 71st and Garnett. I always need to go to 91st and Memorial or the one in Broken Arrow if I need immediate support since this location is always too busy.

Because of my busy schedule I can only make it in on Saturday and even though I did not have an appointment one of the associates helped me by giving me information about their credit card. He was very helpful and friendly and knowledgeable

Just pass up this location. They are rude and not helpful. Oh and forget someone answering the phone or emails.

I don’t usually post reviews but the banker that helped me named Mario was rude and made me feel uncomfortable.

I rarely feel the need to review a bank. I usually stick to restaurants, coffee shops, gas stations, parks, and similar places. However, this time I’m making an exception because someone at this location truly stood out—so much so that it couldn’t go unnoticed.
I came here to make a deposit and get some documents notarized. The line was a bit long, but one of the tellers announced that they were short three people and were trying their best. Believe it or not, I hadn't stepped inside a bank in over two or three years, so I had forgotten about the cash deposit machine inside. I was planning to do it the old-fashioned way. No one said anything, so I just stood there waiting. Then, an unofficial employee of the bank came to remind us about this glorious machine. I was glad he did, because otherwise, who knows how long I would have had to stand there.
The security guard didn’t just tell me about the machine; he walked me through the process and helped me understand how it worked. After I was done with my deposit, I needed a notary. He walked me over, inquired for me, and assured me that I would be helped soon. He went to the two offices, informed them of my need, and arranged for me to be seen next. Wow! What an individual! I was blown away by his exceptional customer service skills!
You know, you don’t need a degree or a paycheck to be nice and helpful. It takes no effort at all. This guy is a genuinely happy individual—not because he gets paid for this, but because he receives the highest reward a person can receive: joy and inner peace from knowing he’s helped someone have a better day.
I hope his employer and Chase recognize and value this!

Why does it take so long to do a damn deposit,
I got on the business lane and saw multiple cars get helped before me.
And it’s not the first time, amazing staff but the wait is killing me

Walked in on afternoon trying to open my daughter a checking account . The lady was really rude and stated there were no appointments left for the day for that. We asked if there was anything for Saturday she said we are all booked till next week. I find that very hard to believe when other banks walk you right back. We went right across the street to Oklahoma Central Credit Union and was eased back with care . This location has horrendous customer service . The line is out the door for just visiting a teller. They seem understaffed.
