The ATM took our cash and didn’t deposit it into our account. Gave a receipt to call some 800 number. Went inside the bank and they said there’s nothing they can do for us until some other company comes and investigates the machine which could be days. Gave us a different number to call and said they would give us credit for our money. We’ve been on the phone for a half hour and no offer for any hope has been made. It almost seems more like we are being interrogated as if we made it all up. They won’t just do a simple cash count of the machine and verify there’s extra in there?! This ATM machine is always down. This location always has issues. Making me doubt why I even still have a chase account. Will start looking for a bank that is dependable.Update: The bank teller told us to use any of the empty offices to call the number and deal with this. After a few minutes the security officer came in and got stern with us challenging why we were in an empty office. He was very rude and rather unprofessional looking in my opinion wearing sunglasses inside. He made my wife and I very nervous glaring at us with his loaded gun attached to his hip. He even made several attempts to remain in my direct gaze as I moved my head away from his location. Security guards are supposed to be there to protect not to intimidate. We have filed a separate complaint with the security company, after we took our time to track them down.Further Update: The branch manager called us the next day to talk about the security guard issue and basically just called to apologize a bunch and shift blame to another “third party” as they don’t even know who their security guard company is. The branch manager of a worldwide bank doesn’t know who’s protecting his employees and customers cash!!!! Let that sink in. Furthermore it’s pretty sad that the bank has zero accountability for any of this. The security guard is from a third party company, the atm machine is managed by another third party company, the atm machine investigations are held by a completely different third party company….What does Chase even do?!?! Doesn’t seem like much..We will start looking for new online only banks since there’s no point in dealing with banks that waste our money and our time.

Can never get through to any branch in Tulsa. Phone call center just says go online and then goes dark. ?

Count your withdrawal before you leave the counter. I am glad I do it every time. Not a branch I will use again.

I went through the drive through today to withdraw cash. I provided my photo ID and filled out my withdrawal slip like usual but was informed that I was unable to get money. I was told that there is a new process in place that you have to accept a text message or a secure message on the mobile app for “added security” I never received a message or text. This is absolutely ridiculous the whole point of a drive through is convenience. I have a major issue with entrusting a bank to hold onto my money but refused to give me cash when I need it. I will be canceling al of my accounts and going to American Heritage Bank.
