Banks are banks. They have issues as we all do, but it’s important to give credit where credit is due.
Brenda Arredondo- Trujillo is an amazing employee there. Chase is very blessed to have her. She is very professional and goes up and beyond what other employees would do.
I cannot speak more highly of Brenda.
If you’ve had a poor experience at this branch of Chase, I’m sure that you did not have Brenda helping you out with any issues.
I hope Chase Bank values her service as much as I do.

This branch is horrible to work with. The communication is terrible, their processes don’t make any sense, and the service is awful. Try any other chase branch.
I’ve come here multiple times trying to open a new checking account as an existing customer. They will not help you unless you have an appointment and then when you go into the appointment they find some reason or process for why they can’t help you without offering any kind of solution. It’s absolutely ridiculous at this point that I’ve come in to this branch 3 times and they still can’t or simple won’t help me. I tried to follow all of their rules and somehow there is always another reason they can’t do the job.

I always get really great service when I come here. I wish their hours were longer (opened later) and if they had the ATM’s in the front entrance lobby (for after hours). They oddly only have one ATM inside. I have to comment — there’s always hot guys here (every-time). Then there’s a guy that works the front desk, he’s kind of hot too.

Exceptional Service at Chase in Tulsa, Oklahoma - A Model for All Locations.
I recently visited this Chase branch in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and was thoroughly impressed, prompting me to declare it the best Chase location I’ve experienced! In contrast to the less appealing atmospheres at the Utica and downtown branches, this Tulsa location shines brightly, particularly in terms of diversity and customer service.
The standout aspect of my visit was the extraordinary service provided by a bank teller named Salim Zaatar. His diligence and customer service skills are truly unmatched. As someone of mixed race, it was refreshing to be welcomed, it makes a significant difference to feel included and valued, and Salim perfectly encapsulates the qualities that make a visit to the bank enjoyable.
Given the exemplary service provided here, I believe other Chase locations could benefit from enhancing their customer service training. Perhaps Salim could lead workshops or training sessions. His approach not only demonstrates professionalism but also leadership, making him an ideal candidate to guide others in improving customer interactions across all Chase branches.
I could not be more thankful for the high standard of service at this Chase branch in Tulsa, marked by true diversity and exceptional customer care. I hope to see this level of excellence become a staple at all Chase locations.

I got to chase bank about 4:45 after work. Waited in line. I was told I can’t open an account because it takes up to an hour and they are about to close. Well that isn’t wise, who knows how much money I wanted to deposit with your bank.
Anyway, pleasant young man advised I either a) make an appointment ??? Huh what? Or b) do it online. Make an appointment to open an account, We are so far from the old days folks. So I went online, I’m still sitting in the parking lot writing this review. it took me all of 2mins to open the account online and I only did so out of convenience for myself as a chase customer. If not, I would have just went to Charles Schwab cuz always excellent service over there
Idk folks. Open your accounts online if you need to do after work?? O-o

Salim was awesome, came in with a difficult request that required 30+ minutes to resolve. He smiled and had a terrific attitude throughout the entire interaction and resolved the issue.
Great service with a great attitude.

It's really impressive. I only get a little bit frustrated. I don't think they're well tracked

Makenzie helped and she did a great job. She was professional and knowledgeable. The branch provides very good customer service—in person. The key is to make an appointment before you go. You cannot just walk in to open a bank account, for example. Calling the branch isn’t very helpful; you have to figure out how to navigate the system’s options to get to a live person. It’s best to first make an appointment online.

Today is the 3rd morning over the last 3 months that I've left for work early and driven to this bank to use the ATM and it's been broken. They have few locations so it'd be nice if they kept them working.

I personally have used Chase for over 3 years now and never really had any issues. My fiancé goes to open an account and was greeted by a rude male banker. The banker turned down my fiancé with his required documents stating Chase doesn’t accept a government issued Work Permit or a social security number. It’s insanely obvious what was going on but after he asked my fiancé “how long have you even been in this country?” i was 100% sure this man is racist. Sad to see prevalence in racism especially with such a large company like J.P. Chase. Embarrassing.

Branch refused to cooperate with information relayed by a Representative from the automated phone system regarding pin numbers. Very frustrating to wait extensive time in line to be told they will not honor what I was informed of via their 1-800 number.

I'm simply trying to be removed from their mailing list. They have no public email to request this and the line to opt out has a wait list of 15 minutes and I don't even know if it will work because the line is intended for current customers. It's impossible to not get their junk mail!
