I had a wonderful first time experience! The aesthetic and services were definitely worth the price (which is affordable). Not only did my stylist know her stuff, she was also really friendly and relaxing to be around. The good news is that you don’t have to sacrifice quality for a reasonably priced haircut here ??

Julianna treated me so well and gave me the perfect cut. I will definitely go back to her and the salon. She's hip on the latest cutting techniques and knows her stuff.

Fantastic customer service! Always give me the haircut I want/asked for. I continue to come across town for the price for their haircuts too.

Worst experience having my hair done has been at this salon. I went in February 2019 to have my hair dyed. Smoky silver was the color that I wanted and before making my appointment, I was advised by Julianna that she would be able to do that, as I was going from black to this very light color. After 2+ hours of bleaching my hair I was shocked to see that my hair was various shades of brassy blonde or orange as it looked. She seemed to be very sorry and said she would try to dye it to at least blonde, which she was finally able to do. Not learning my lesson like I wish I had, I had continued to go back and have my hair done by her. Even though she messed up the color, she did give me a very cute hair cut. Now today I go in and want just a trim...She did more than just give me a trim and cut it way shorter than I wanted. I noticed that, after being out all day, (this evening) that she cut my hair to the scalp above both my ears...now I do understand that things happen, but what I cannot understand is how an "experienced" stylist would butcher my hair and not even tell me. Not only was I not told by Julianna that she did this, she still charged me for the cut and gladly accepted the tip I left her. I wish I learned my lesion the first time and never went back to her, but I wanted her to fix the color that she messed up initially, as she offered to fix it at no further charge, Having a stylist mess up hair and not even say anything is beyond all comprehension. I text her to ask what the hell happened and why she wouldn't even say anything and of course have not heard back from her. I was hoping to be able to put a picture in here, unfortunately, I was unable to do so.

I was in from out of town and needed a cut/color. I highly recommend Julianna. She is personable and was very attentive to my requests. Cut and color came out superbly!

One of the most unprofessional group of people. The last time ( in September) I was there the hairdresser was talking about wildly inappropriate things and even though I was visibly uncomfortable she continued. Then my sister went in December and they absolutely ruined her hair, bangs were like a kindergartner cut them and the color was some of the worst I have seen. So then I start getting GROUP CHATS from them, so they are sending my number out to complete strangers. So I told them I didn't want to be included in there “marketing†anymore. What happens? About a month later I get a text message, a friend request and a Facebook message throughout the day! (The message was at 2:30am) this is crazy! I will NEVER be returning to this place.

I had a solid experience here for about 1 year straight. One day (November 2018) my stylist botches my haircut, the sides and back were left very uneven and lopsided. I decide, people are human I will give them another chance. Set an appointment, then approximately 1 week later go to the appointment. The doors are locked, not a soul in sight. 24 hours later I get a call from someone( not my stylist) informing me the location is closed, and going to be relocating. Sorry guys, I am done. Going back to my original barbershop. Don't set appointments if you are closing/moving. Also where is my stylist?? So the heater went out at the location, and instead of getting that fixed the entire salon shuts down, and stylists start working out of other salons??? Sorry, I am not buying it.

Closed. My wife had an appointment set yesterday. When we showed up the open sign was off. We called and she was told they would have to reschedule due to maintenance. I understand stuff breaks but she should have been notified before we used up part of our day driving to the salon. Fast forward to today, her only full day off and thus our only day we get to spend together, her appointment is set for 6. We arrive a little early in hopes to get in and out quickly. She receives a message saying it will have to be 6:30. So we go to the store and head back. On the way she gets another message asking to reschedule for 7:00. We wait in the parking lot until receiving yet another message asking to reschedule for tomorrow. I understand stuff happens, but that's three times we waited in the parking lot, and five delays for one appointment. I don't feel like our time was respected, and so far my wife hasn't been offered anything to make up for the multiple inconveniences.

I left the salon in tears. The worst color I have ever had, trashy and out of date. The cut was really great but the color was devastating. I immediately drove to Ulta in tears so they could fix it. Charged me 150 dollars for the whole thing, I would have been better just lighting my money on fire. At least I wouldn't have to deal with this trashy hair. (Ulta did make it at least wearable). Waste of money and time. Staff argued with me about the color too. My hair was purple. It looked like someone took a purple marker and drew huge chunky purple streaks through it. Awful. She told me it was supposed to be red brown. And I got Purple. Don't wast your money. Flash forward 6 weeks. And the salon contacted me just to be rude. I had let it go that I lost 150 bucks on a bad hair dye, until the shop contacted me 6 weeks later and told me it wasn't their problem. Ridiculous. How this place is still open, I honestly don't understand.

Worst salon ever. They advertise $65 for a partial highlight online and told me at my appointment it would be $250 because my highlights were finely weaved and I have two colors in my hair. I said I just want half my hair highlighted and she insisted that was “not a partial, a partial is 4 or 5 foils.†That's $13-$15 a foil. She said if she were to do a partial it would be chunky and wouldn't match my existing highlight. She offered to do a highlight with one color on half of my hair for $150, again still insisting this was “not a partial.†She was so rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I could tell that she just didn't want to do my hair and was finding excuses not to. I have never been to a salon who doesn't do the weave technique so I don't know why that was going to be factored into the price. I have also never had “two colors†put in my hair. Stylists have always used the same volume of bleach for my highlights. I understand and expect not to pay a flat rate because it always depends on how much product my hair requires, but to advertise $65 and tell me it's going to be $250 is insane. I've never been treated so horribly by a stylist before. I cannot believe I wasted even a second of my time in that salon.

I was a walk in while the place was empty. I was told that an appointment was pending and to leave and come back later. Is the waiting area for show? Are the sofas and chairs broken? How hard would it really have been to say, "Please wait because we have an appointment coming in, and will be with you after that."
I won't be back.
