I've had a water leak in my bathtub facet for a month the so called license management man said he couldn't be fixed also my dishwasher needs fixed

1. The apartment manager had residents who've lived there for a long time that will report back to her about what they've seen or heard in the complex & then the manager will ask about what family & friends you've had over. You're being monitored & watched. (Even with no issues with your company). It's NOT their business.
2. I understand a pet policy, but you know you can't even let your company bring their pet into your apartment for a few minutes while your company is visiting because the manager will inform you. (Again, the being watched I mentioned above.)
3. They wouldn't fix a leak properly in bathroom & told me for me & my children not to take baths anymore making it out to be OUR fault it was leaking downstairs when they just didn't want to fix the issue. Being too cheap. Cheap & unprofessional.
4. The manager's name was Connie.
Would not recommend. I'd give a lower star-rating if I had the option.

I live here grew in the neighborhood. They work extremely hard to go way and and beyond their pay. Money is not their goal. Living in a happy no worries environment is their goal. Heck I sleep with all doors open. Feel totally safe.

Lived here almost 8 years this was an excellent and safe place when Connie was manager. They charge high prices and don't improve the property. The
Y cater to the Hispanic community.

I went to see if there was a 3-bedroom apartment for rent and they hadn't. I really liked the place and they treated me very well.

I walked in to get information and an application for my niece and I was amazed of how I was greeted and welcomed. Both ladies Angie and Sophia had a smile and they were both very helpful and professional. I felt like I knew them a lifetime.

I believe this has the potential to be a great place. I do feel that over the years, up keep has decreased, and the fact that all I smell is weed every time I am there and tenants fussing outside repeatedly is disappointing.
