I have been going to that Walmart for 2 years it has always been very nice until today. I went to buy in the water area and tried to grab a mineral water which was up there in the 3rd row & an employee started yelling at me and telling me not to do that.. and he said that if I do it again he would call the police.. I told him why his gonna call the police and he wouldn't stop yelling at me. I just grabbed the mineral water and left.. I don't know what's wrong with that employee.. was stressed out enough to yell at me.. to save him his job of keeping the boxes down.. At the end of my purchase I tried to speak to a manager who told me that he was not his manager that his name is Cruz and that he would try to pass my report on to his manager..

This is a wonderful store. Extremely inviting employees. I've come to know many of the wonderful people who work here. Many I can call friends. The store is always clean and well stocked or in process of. Great neighborhood store.

Do not use the pharmacy. No line, no other patients. Dropped off prescription for 1 tube of ointment. 3 employees behind the counter. I did my whole weeks worth of shopping and drove through the drive thru to pick up one tube. All 3 employees on phones and having private conversation instead of getting my daughters medication. I could do all their jobs faster by myself.

Always in & out with everything I needed. The parking lot can be packed full yet still in & out with exactly what I needed. Customer service is always on point. People from all walks of life shop here & not 1 time have I seen anyone be treated differently. I always give it a 5* rating. Why? That's my experience when I go shop there.

Convenient location in mid town Tulsa. They always seem to have what I need for my “everyday” buys. I know they won’t have the same selection as a super center so I’m not measuring against that. Staff is always courteous and accessible . Always greater with smiles.
