About Oklahoma Veterans United
Oklahoma Veterans United is a 501(C)(3) nonprofit organization connecting Veterans in Oklahoma with housing services, suicide prevention resources, and employment opportunities through key initiatives including Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF), Staff Sergeant Parker Gordon Fox Suicide Prevention Grant Program (SSG FOX SPGP), Veteran Employer Network, Right Face, and Tulsa Weather Coalition. OKVU was built on an 80+ year legacy and officially transitioned from Community Service Council to Oklahoma Veterans United in 2024. OKVU strives to empower Veterans and honors their service and sacrifice by providing compassionate care, personalized support, and advocacy for their needs.
