Yesterday on the 26th I wanted to see the price of some boots behind the display case and I asked the big cashier lady nicely “hi when you have a second do you mind showing me the price of these shoes” she nodes her head yes with an attitude then 5 minutes goes by and she’s still not helping me and proceeds to ring the next guest up when she obviously had a second in between customers but still ignored me then finally she yells at another employee to help me because she can’t just “drop everything she’s doing to help me” like RUDE and unprofessional. She needs better training!! After that I didn’t even feel like purchasing the boots anymore and left. Disgusting behavior. That’s her job. Do better.

It’s alright, they do have a lot of things, but for something’s that are -not new- can be overpriced :/ no willing to negotiate. It wouldn’t be my to go thrift store in Tulsa. - My opinion

Most the staff is nice, most the stuff is cheap. But the only problem I had was the girls dresses was over priced. Going more than the price if it was brand new

Guy wearing Security shirt may have been recording/trying to photograph my girlfriend. Can’t confirm because he made it seem he was taking photos or videos of product with his phone but regardless he made her feel uncomfortable too many times by looking at her to the point she had to ask him what he wanted. Just bizarre behavior. If it was an innocent moment of taking pictures of product maybe make sure customers aren’t around to question it. Great selection. Found everything we were hoping for and the cashier was very friendly and thorough.

Amazing selection of items for a secondhand store (some big name brands even), and proceeds go to help veterans which is so amazing!
The managers are super helpful, and the employees are reflections of the same in my opinion. My daughter adores Syd and Carlos the most everytime we go to shop there!
And I have had some amazing conversations with the boss Derek as well as Christy, and the other cashiers like Jackie and Marie. Never knew this place was here but now that I do I will continue to shop here!
10/10 Highly Recommend ?

I worked there for a whole week. Quit because #1 my physical health was most important to me #2 the cleanliness of this store is disgusting the back warehouse is full of cockroaches and mouse fences spiders. Clothes are just dumped in sorting bins no matter filthy or pristine. I understand the process and cost of washing things first but if you're not going to do this shake them off before just hanging and tagging then putting them straight from massively gross conditions. The employees are for the much part friendly and VERY hardworking. The manager is however very cold and brash and condescending to employees and former employees. This place should be reported to the health inspector for the conditions in the back that employees are subject to that's dangerous and could cause someone to get very very ill.

This is my neighborhood thrift store and the last time I was here, one week ago, the manager, who I think is named Carlos was kind and very helpful. This time however he was rude, crude, cussing in front of my granddaughters (12/12/23 approx 2:15 - 2:44 today), told the sales associate "charge her double" and flipped his middle finger at me and my granddaughters who are only 7 & 9 yrs old. He also threatened me and informed me he can "refuse me service" all bcuz the very kind lady Sydd who was having to wait on us AND run the register and I were discussing patience and how I told my granddaughters that Jesus was teaching us patience and I was using the experience as a teaching tool. He also told the female cust he was waiting on that "they only help paying customers" to which I said "everyone in here is a potential paying customer". As a very successful business owner myself, I find his verbiage degrading, offensive, and extremely unprofessional. There is absolutely no excuse for his lack of professionalism, what he and did, and how he treated us. It was very embarrassing and humiliating. I told him I will be reporting him to his immediate supervisor and if nothing is done to remedy this situation I will be contacting my attorney. Here's to hoping someone who is above him in mgmnt will be reading this review and contacting me. Thank you for taking the time to read this review.

The prices are way to high , Why go here if you can get something new at store for same price. But you can run across gems sometimes.
