I came in for a drug test and waited 2 and a half hours to be seen. I came in ready to pee in a cup and the staff seemed to have no issues taking their time. It took a full hour just to get checked in even though there were maybe two people ahead of me. Unfortunately I couldn't wait much longer and ended up having to use their restroom and hoped that I would be able to fill the cup when I was called. I had other places I needed to be and was about to leave when they finally called me back. Thankfully I was able to just scrape by and provide enough for them to test. I would not recommend coming to this urgent care if you can help it. The staff have no sense of efficiency or urgency and don't care about you as a patient at all.

Staff friendly but chit chat frequent and would stop while helping customers to frequent each other's computer. Maybe need more staffing. Made wait time long. Need more customer focus.

All in all, it was a good experience. Well as good as a urgent care facility could be. I guess the nurses were extremely friendly. I've had bad experiences in the past with other urgent care facilities with the staff not being kind and courteous, but that was not the case here. It was pretty busy so there was a little bit of a wait. But that's okay with me. As long as everyone's happy and respectful, I don't mind the way I give my experience five stars due to the staff being helpful and happy and respectful

I spent over 3 hours waiting to get a simple preemployment physical. Due to the fact that they lost my chart.

I’m only giving this location 2 stars in hopes the higher ups takes action and staff this location enough to operate in faster and efficient manner. For the high number of intakes they receive at this location they do not have enough staff. So anyone coming to this location, you’re looking at 2-5 hours wait time (not over exaggerating). Please help the ladies out and give them the help they need. Overall, the ladies were very kind, apologized sincerely about the long wait and very professional. As soon as it was my turn I was out in less than 5 minutes.

The kind front desk ladies have been wonderful and so far my physical therapist Zach has been very kind and professional making me feel he does actually cares about my injury recovering and we are working through therapy . at least he makes me feel like he’s trying to help me get better and get back to being physically active . See where Dr. Vanderworm whatever that woman doctor is that was so incredibly rude and belittling and made me feel like I was wrong for being injured and continuously kept bringing up things that were irrelevant to my injury and genuinely made me feel uncomfortable ..like she did not care about me and have no interest in helping me get better and was rude in the process . The little time that I had with her was horrible & I never want her to be my doctor again I don’t want her handling a single issue in regards to my treatment plan because the way that she treated me …Very unprofessional .unkind . I have not yet recovered, so I don’t know my final take on concentra as a whole however, I do know that if it wasn’t for the kindness that I received from the front desk, lovely ladies and my physical therapist, I would’ve never returned to this location.i would have been switching to someone else and thankfully, I’ve been able to see other people besides her or I would assure you I would never come back but my physical therapist is working with me to try to get my self back to the active lifestyle that I should have . I’m trusting this process and thankful for everyone who does care and who has been working with me to help !

I wish I remembered the techs name, but she was excellent! I had some urgency because I had to stop in while working, and she wasbablebto take me right back and then I was back out of there in 10 minutes. She deserves a raise! 😊

I’ll start with a positive note. Since the wait times are so long there is a good chance you will have plenty of pee saved up to pee in the jar. I have been waiting 30 mins. The guy next to me, an hour. Getting lots of reading done. Update. I ended waiting over an hour and a half. The wait was so long because I waited an hour, and then I had to pee really bad and could not hold it any longer. At which point I was immediately called for my turn to do the drug test. So I had to wait another 30 minutes after drinking a bunch of water to finally take the drug test. It started around 10:45. I got out of there after 1pm.

Sat for 2 hours while others who just walked through the door got to go back. Workers just talk amongst themselves while the lobby is full.
