I came in for a drug & blood test, although I did not want to register & my phone was going slow, the woman at the front desk made it easy for me, by handing me an iPad to fill out the necessary paperwork. I waited for about 20 mins due to them going in order of who registered and I was out in about 7 mins due to the back office woman who cared for me being so quick and on top of her job. I would recommend this UC to family & friends.

The staff is very sweet, understanding, compassionate, and all the things when you are in the most severe pain. Dr Geary is great!

I am giving a 2 star reviews only because the staff were extremely polite and helpful including the doctors and nurses in station. i went in the for TSO medical and it was done correctly. The only reason I am upset, they didnot send the medical auth form and privacy practice form which came with the kit to Acuity to actually let them continue with to complete my medical. Acuity had to get to me to redo the forms all over again and send it to them. This is actually unprofessional considering they are being paid to do the service. Someone in the operation dept possibly slacked off to actually send in the forms. Blaming the fed always is not right when the people hired to do the job arent doing it right specially when hired by the fed. Other than that the nurse and everyone were extremely nice and helpful but because of that one person I had to give a 2 star. I have been waiting for this for a long time and that staff incompetence just ruined my experience.

Expect to wait some time. First come first served. No complaints tv I’m waiting room, make sure you bring valid ID. Clean inside.

The nurses and doctors are super friendly and professional. I felt welcomed here. They are super fast and waist no time making sure your good to go! 10/10 hands down!

Went in for a urine test was met with a cheerful receptionist. That knew what was going on. The waiting room was clean everyone was busy and I was impressed. Big change from years gone by.

For the most part I had a bad experience. The lady that helped me made fun of me after I messed up on the alcohol test, it was my first time and she didn’t really explain how to do it. She acted unprofessional and rude.

Office staff and admission staff was very friendly and professional did everything to get me in and out for a DOT physical fast. I sat down in the lobby to fill out the paperwork and before I could get it done the nurse says come on back we'll finish it up for you. Fast and easy visit.

Friendly face's greeted me as I entered, clean place, not a long wait to get to the back, and nice employees. Ashley made me feel comfortable with coming there for my physical with how welcoming and pleasant she was doing her job up front.

Front staff was nice. Back staff wasn't very greeting. Slow to give company results so people can start work.

They weren't busy at all and I waited about 45 minutes for a doctor to come in and do my physical. I could hear people talking in the hallway and it was the doctor when he seen me he said your not chris are you . Wasted my time .

I'm normally sent surveys as I'm walking out the door but, today...after months of not having been into any urgicare center...I'm sent a survey. After calling customer service my concerns that someone may be using my information were all but laughed at. They wouldn't even tell me the date of my last visit. Months from now when they're asking me about a condition I've never had or a bill I shouldn't owe this will likely have slipped my mind.
