Rude lady with the tattoos working behind the counter needs to work where customer service is mandated and not masks. -Oh and by the way, if you are going to force people to wear mask, then you should give them out to customers for free. Period.

Always great for prescriptions the only gripe being their hours at the pharmacy. Very inconvenient. And don't forget about the paper mile receipt they give after your purchase.

I was at the pharmacy for my daughter's medicine, I gave her the prescription in her hand which she didn't have to wait long for the system and it took 56...yes because I took her time...I asked her if she was already there and He told me that something happened and that he would prepare it in 2 minutes...and I told him it took 56 minutes and you are going to prepare it in 2 minutes...they don't work, they stink.

CVS ask me to do this and to publicly describe my experience.... Pointless (They suck)
This is like beating a dead horse. I received a text meds read. I arrived to my amazement no line (YES) NEVER to be acknowledged all of the employees had Tunnel vision.. small scene was made kinda had to only way to get attention service. Needless to say Walgreens near my job will get the business I refuse to do nearest to my home.

This is hands down the best and my favorite CVS in the area! I love this location because it’s spacious, clean, organized and the workers care and are nice, considerate, and efficient. I also appreciate how quickly they handled my prescription refill request. All my experiences have been great so far and I hope it remains that way. Excellent job CVS team!! second visit to this CVS store in my neighborhood, second horrible experience. third horrible experience would be when I tried to call the store just now and get through to anyone who could tell me if my UPS package had been delivered there yet. yuck

There aren't words to describe how bad this pharmacy is. I was send to this store after the 21st store closed and by my prescription insurance because they are owned by the same company. In the last year they have messed up the script I have countless times. The reasons: my dr. Screwed it up, someone didn't enter it right, drug is not available, we didn't receive it..ad nauseum. My script is serious if you don't take it for several days. This just happened to me yesterday. Don't go to this store!! Staff is self serving, arrogant, mean-spirited, and generally uncaring.

The staff at this pharmacy are horrible. They are dismissive, rude and argumentative. They do not care about the customer and act superior to everyone. I had to move my meds to another location.

This store is always so clean. It has a much larger selection than most of the other CVS pharmacies. Especially the one that used to be at sheridan and admiral. I like the easy self checkout.

CVS has changed their voice prompt where it is impossible to bypass the robo-options. As a provider I have to wade through multiple prompts to speak to a pharmacist. Walgreens did the same thing a few years ago, I'm sure to try and cut employee costs, but it drove my business away and now they have changed back to an easy to use system. CVS is walking down the same road. Won't use them going forward until they change it back.
