I bought items on clearance & notice that they were retagged at a higher price than the original cost then put on clearance. Im pretty sure it the norm for World Market. Thats shitty. I wont shop there anymore .

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I purchased a few items and after purchase I noticed while I was still at store they over charged me( price charged vs price on lable on item) went to the cashier Theo, he was extremely rude and unprofessional. The item in question was a sticker card and he was extremely rude about explaining why the prices didn’t line up: which in all reality they just didn’t want to honor the price on sticker but none the less didn’t need to be so unprofessional

The last few times I’ve been to the store. I’ve noticed the customer pick up sign in the same spot as the handicap sign. And it’s affected my family at least once while someone was waiting to get the order and there were no other handicap spots available for my dad.

absolutely love this store! if you haven't been you're missing out. their international food section is amazing. they have products that are hard to find & you can skip paying the higher price for importing. good beer & wine section too. you should really check it out.

Excellent little source for imported European snacks, sodas, and sauces such as Spezi, Irnbru, and various European chocolates, dry goods, etc. Not so good for furniture, baskets, and rugs... Waaay overpriced. Saw j basket I liked. It was about $40. Ridiculous for a fruit basket.

I have to brag on how pleased I was today with one of the employees at World Market. Her name was Rachel!!! She was the most sweetest and loving young lady. While checking out she was not only polite, but was very careful with my items. She carefully wrapped up each breakable item while telling me about the World Market app. I also was informed with their mailing list, emails, and text messages regarding coupons. Rachel helped me sign up and get future coupons, which will entice me to come in even more!! I really think the company did a great job in hiring Rachel! She’s perfect when it comes to customer service!! Rachel is beautiful. Has wonderful customer service skills, is kind, polite, and she really cared about my items!! I really appreciated that! I will be coming in more due to Rachel!!! ❤️
