Sometimes a stop at Costco is just for a $1.50 Hot-dog and soda. Oh, and cheap gas. Well I suppose picking up a few bottles of wine is a good reason too.

Robert gets 5 out of 5 stars! I've been in customer service my whole life. I know the comparisons among worthless, mediocre, decent, trying hard but does not know what they're talking about and from above and beyond. Most people go out of their way to complain and really convince others to avoid something or someone. I want to take the time to appreciate people with real skills. Robert at the membership counter deserves some sort of raise, promotion and recognition. I actually looked and squinted my eyes at his badge and really had to make sure it didn't say CEO or like Manager next to his name. WTF Costco?! It's a regular employee badge. If you want quick decisive help and at the same time a perfect detailed explanation on literally everything they offer; then ask for that guy. Genuinely cool, sociable, calm and collected under the pressure; it was a Sunday and that placed was PACKED. Also, in the most non-confrontational way, he coordinated the chaotic line of impatient people standing everywhere to be helped; Guys like that need to be immediately moved to the top before something or someone kills whatever inspires them.

What's the point and even having anybody answer questions over the phone? When I call because you can't keep a medication in stock to inquire whether you have an alternative in stock and you tell me there is plenty and less than 15 minutes later you have none to fill a doctor's prescription. You've just wasted my time. You've wasted a doctor's time and who knows how much your own staff time. If you don't know what's going on, don't even bother calling yourself a pharmacy

This is the best Costco! Many good items at a very good price, especially organic items! Much better than Sam's Club. Very clean & organized & the employees are very helpful & friendly!

Of course. Who doesn't love Costco. Glendale and Hayden locations have a great drive-thru $8.00 carwash. In these crazy inflationary times Costco really cares and give you more value. Its just me and wife as our kids are gone. Still buy there and supplement for smaller or items I can't get at Costco and make a stop at WalmartI always carried a "executive" member at Costco and it always pays more than the membership. I couple that with their Citi bank credit card. Always get a fairly large rebate on that card but just make sure you can pay it in full at end of month to make it worth it.

I love Costco. I love how they pay their workers a living wage (unlike Sam's), I like the way it is setup inside generally, and I like the prices on their food and other items in the store, although this Costco does not have the same items a number of other Costco's have. The Tulsa version is about 3/4 of a regular Costco, much like the Trader Joe's and WholeFoods here. My biggest letdown with Costco here is their gas prices. Traveling around the country, I save good money buying Costco gas rather than retail, usually saving anywhere from $.20 to $.70 a gallon. Times 10-15 gallons that adds up to real cash savings. Here in Tulsa ur looking at saving anywhere from $.03 to $.10 a gallon, a HUGE disappointment. Not sure why that is but it's not worth driving out to Bixby just to save a few cents on gas unless my tank is almost empty. Also not a fan of how this location DID NOT enforce the mask requirements that other Costcos across the country did. It is a drag to go to these national chains around the country and then see how disappointing they can be in Tulsa.

Yesterday's shopping at Costco was a little agitating as we left the store. Especially because we always spend a rather large amount of money there every time we go. Besides the sampler folks, most of the employees were very rude! As we entered the store, my husband had put one piece of merchandise in our cart, unbeknownst to me but I headed towards the food court to order a pizza before I did my shopping as usual. The self-checkout lady quickly ran over to stop me and asked if we were going to the bathroom as I stood in front of the food kiosk, I replied no just ordering a pizza before I shop. It would be less than 30 seconds, she then said she needed to take the merchandise because they don't allow unpaid stuff in that specific area. Ok, sure no problem. We ordered the pizza then came back around to grab the merchandise to continue shopping. Around the store, none of the other employees would acknowledge you, keeping their head down so if you need help don't bother. We finished up shopping and went through self-checkout, the same lady from earlier made it her job to stand there like a drill sergeant, hands on her hip, watching only our cart like a hawk as we scanned piece by piece. I've never encountered such strange and awkward behavior in all of my self-checkout experiences. We are honest hard working people, believe me, we wouldn't steal from Costco!! 4 others are scanning around us, but she isolated us and only stood in front of our cart. She might as well have scanned it for us! However, I figured since we had her attention more than most, I asked if they had a lost and found because my baby lost one of his shoes in the store, she pointed to a desk in the corner with a backroom of the store and said over there. I headed that way and asked another employee if someone can help me, she walked right past me and said, "yes, she's in the backroom somewhere" as she kept walking away. Wow! Okay, so I waited. No one came out of the backroom 5 minutes later but now there were 2 other employees in the desk area where I was waiting, they both kept their heads down, looking busy scrambling papers and pens, not saying one word to me but they both looked up at me a few times. So I continue to wait... Another customer walks up to the desk and starts asking one of the guys for help, he looks over to me but helps her. Again, I waited. My husband is now finished being watched like a hawk and comes over to wait at lost and found while I grab the pizza. As I came back around, the same employee from earlier that said, "yes, she's in the backroom" is there again but now she's laughing and talking to a friend it looks like, completely ignoring us. Do they think we're just standing there because we have the time and day? I loudly said to my husband, let's just go it's just a shoe and I'd like to keep my sanity since no one here is helpful at all!!! We get to the door, there is no one there to check our receipt? Another couple is also waiting. Finally, the lady in front of all of us turned around to help us from chatting with another employee. Oh, she was there the entire time, just chatting, you know. Of all the times I've been to this Costco, spending $500 - $800 loads, this is one of many horrible customer services all around!!! I'll give Costco another try next time but I may not renew my membership and take my business elsewhere next time.

I am visiting my parent's new house in Tulsa for the first time. It is in a very convenient piece of real estate as this wonderful Costco and numerous other retail establishments are within walking distance (including Raising Cane's with their French fries to more than satisfy my vegan palettes). Walking to Costco with my mother, we have purchased numerous conveniences such as a Sodastream maker (my mom will start saving pennies on the dollar rather than having to pay for seltzer by the plastic bottle), casual business attire for my job, and more. Additionally, the staff here are very prompt, and friendly. They receive the pay and benefits that they deserve.

Buyer BEWARE of the location! A really bad encounter followed by a positive response from management. Over the years my family and I have been loyal Costco members. Having an Executive level membership, we have frequented locations across the country to include online purchases everything from cars, vacations, furniture, and more -- without any issues until today at the Tulsa location on Memorial Drive. My children and I were made to feel uncomfortable when we were questioned about one item that did not show on the self checkout list. I had not ever experienced a counting of my items with hands touching each item during a pandemic. I thought that self-checkout was totally defeated, which was utilized to reduce risk of COVID exposure. However, we waited while the touch and counting continued on each and every item. Initially, I was confused about the issue and began looking at my receipt that totaled almost 500 dollars, which was back in my possession at the time, when the door checker employee snatched the receipt from my hands and walked away to speak with another employee then began writing something in a log. Left at the door for a few minutes that seemed like a eternity with no explanation, we were confused about what was happening. When the Costco employee returned we were met with more extreme aggression and later learned that the paper towels did not register on the receipt. The humiliating encounter continued with inappropriate comments, facial expressions, and a rude tone. I was offered an opportunity to pay for the paper towels but after the embarrassment and ridicule, I declined just to remove us from what seemed like more than an overreaction. We departed the store and after calming my kids down from the incident, I called the manager to report the incident. She handled the situation well and advised that she would address the bad behavior. The problem is that the damage is done. My children were upset during the ride home and asked that they not ever have to go back. Basically, they have concluded that we specifically as customers are not wanted there. Still left confused why we were treated as criminals. Really, who is stealing one insignificant item among a bunch of things costing more individually and while paying a half a grand during a singular shopping trip -- REALLY. I am still contemplating if we should escalate to the corporate office. I just want to know that this unacceptable behavior does not represent Costco or this location that the employee will be reprimanded, and therefore sending a strong message regarding the harm her behavior resulted in -- both to the Costco brand and its customers.

OPTICAL DEPARTMENT. Recently, my wife and I travelled to see our son and family in Tulsa and went to get a few things from COSTCO. I decided to have my eye glasses adjusted at the Optical department. WOW! I wish I would have taken note of the ladies' name! I think that it began with "M" like Mary, but, I can't remember. I know that her tag stated 2016. I think that she might be a manager there. She took SO MUCH TIME to adjust my glasses and made me feel so important! Other employees were very friendly and professional. WELL MANAGED STORE!

Another stop that is just for gas, I did not have a need to go inside the warehouse store today. Costco has some of the least expensive fuel around, likely because it is subsidized by the annual membership fee. Diesel, premium and regular. My little Pontiac takes the cheap stuff thankfully and 9.5 gallons later, we have a full tank that will last me well into Missouri. The gas pump area is one way for better efficiency. They do not have squeegees and I would recommend latex gloves to ensure no gas gets on your hands. The receipt printer worked. [Review 16285 overall - 116 in Oklahoma - 1791 of 2021.]

After traveling for 22 months in our RV, we've bought our share ( and more) of items at Costco. being from MD, I actually purchased a home that was walking distance of a Costco! That's how much I love Costco! That said, this location has to be the worst I've ever been in. 1. We've bought rotisserie chicken at this location three times. The first was not fully cooked. We tried again. Not fully cooked. One more trial after talking to an employee who stuck a meat thermometer in the bird to show us. (?). It was still white!! What part of a COOKED chicken is so hard. And..... the blandest chicken I have ever tried to eat. We gave much of the chicken to our dogs. What don't you do that every other Costco in the contiguous US does? Call one and find out. 2. No masks. No social distancing. 3. You have to ask for straws for the fountain drinks. Then they make you feel like you're the problem, as I witnessed twice. I don't use straws, but people shouldn't be made to feel bad about asking. 4. The condiments were gross at the food court. I'm sure there is more, but I shouldn't have to cook a chicken I paid you to cook for me. That's enough. This Costco is not up to others we've been in.

I usually have no issues with Costco. Today was the exception. I went shopping for my mother in law, filled my basket to the brim with staples then proceeded to check out. All was well until the manager had to approve the transaction since it wasn't my name on the membership card. I explained how my mother in law was sick, I was just trying to get her groceries since covid is still a thing. After driving 50 miles to the store I was rejected service. I've done this for her multiple times before but I suppose it's just now an issue. They really should be more Lenient considering we are in a global pandemic.
