I absolutely hate this place. I always have. everything about this place is designed for slow shopping. There are no fast trips to Costco. There is a line Just to get into the building. A long meandering line of elderly people riding those electric carts. The parking lot is very inconvenient. On a Monday at 12 o'clock. I still had a park all the way in the back. So busy all the time. The layout is not intuitive. Sure there are sections for things. But then they're just things out in the middle of the store and on end caps. The lines to check out are long too. People go to Costco to buy carts full of things. Yes, there is a self checkout area but it is not as good as Sam's. Self check out here lacks the scan gun. You have to unload every item from your cart, scan it, leave it on a scale, and then pack it all back up. Sam's is better than Costco in every way except leaving Costco is faster than Sam's. Sam's the exit line always gets so backed up and Costco it not an issue. I come here is because there are certain brands they carry that you can't find anywhere else in the city.

If I could give this store a 10, I would. Been coming here for years. I am beyond happy with the customer service of every employee. Everyone has gone above and beyond and never been or shown a bad mood. I love that I can get so many items on sale to get the best bang for my buck. The products are of highest quality, not just value. if you purchase a product that is not up to your standards, they will gladly return it, with minimal exceptions. While you were here, go ahead and gas up as the gas is at least $.20 per gallon less.

We all know Costco is the best for bulk shopping. The variety is abundant. You can't ever leave without spending hundreds of dollars unless you have some sort of superpower. That said- since the store itself has already has a well established reputation, I'll review the new chocolate chip cookie from the food court. It's massive- think crumble cookie size. It's warm and crisp on the outside and chewy on the inside. I give it a solid 9 out of 10.

Love Costco! Beyond the great prices, the selection and quality of products is always great, and the fresh produce and fresh prepared food is outstanding. One of our favorite places to shop.

One of my favorite stores in town. I went on a Saturday and it was super busy I'd recomend going on a week day to avoid running into traffic in the aisles lol. I found out I save about 1-2 on items we buy regularly so it is helping us save money. I just need to fihure out how to store everything. Clean bathrooms. I did not like having to wait almost 30min for my food in their food court. Its nice that they have a self order kiosk and self check out

I was so disappointed in my last Costco visit. I've been a member for the past 20 years and this last visit I was treated so lowly and accusatory ! I went shopping with my eldest daughter whos a young adult. When we were checking out I asked to have two separate transactions. I wanted them to do two separate transactions because of the way I personally do my finances. I didn't feel like I needed to explain that to them. They asked if I wanted to purchase a membership for my daughter which I declined because she doesn't need one since she still lives at home. When I asked why I couldn't do two separate transactions they started telling me that Costco makes all their profit by memberships and that is how they are able to pay their employees. By then I had to explain to both the cashier and the "supervisor" who was assisting her why I wanted to have two separate transactions. I explained that I had two debit cards one I used for my grocery purposes and I knew I was low in cash so I wanted to use the second one to pay for the rest. They were treating me as if I was trying to cheat them out of a membership. They treated my daughter as if she was trying to use my membership! I was so insulted. I've never been treated that way. They then carried on telling me how some members come in with non-member guest and they pay for their things with food stamps and then do separate transactions to pay for the rest. By then I realized what was happening. I realized that they were "ASSUMING" I was trying to do that. I felt accused of something I wasn't even doing. So disappointed and discusted in this! I almost don't want to go back. I will likely not renew my membership. I'd rather shop at Sam's Club merely for the principal!

I have never shopped at CostCo and always kind of felt that bulk warehouse stores were kind of a gimmick. Well after being given a $50 gift card I figured it would be silly not to use a free $50.I was honestly impressed, I only got 6 items and it cost $50.40 but the items I did get were daily items and they will last us a while and it was significantly more product for hardly more than what you would spend at a typical grocery store. My wife and I are strongly considering a membership based on that alone.

Unlike Sam’s Club, you don’t have to buy as much “bulk” per item. It’s the better option for bi-weekly or monthly shopping, in my opinion. Also, the prices on food and clothing, which is most of what I buy, are hard to beat for in-person shopping!

This store is horrible, I was talked down to by one of the associates! I will not be renewing my membership because of this store. It looks like this is an ongoing problem for this store! I will be doing my business at Sam's Club from now on, all of their associates are super friendly and helpful

It's reached a tipping point. This Costco location needs to do better. Let me make myself very clear. I've been going to Costco since I was a baby. From California to New Jersey, I have been to quite a few locations around the nation. My family has held an executive membership for a seemingly immeasurable amount of time. With that being said - I come to Costco to shop in peace, spend my hard earned money, and to engage in a little retail therapy. I DON'T come to Costco to be watched over by power tripping narcissistic staff who think everyone is a suspect and are clearly and obviously salivating at the thought of catching someone like me try to leave the store with a shopping cart full of goods, out of hopes to make themselves look better. The last couple times I've been here, I kept asking myself why I feel guilty just by walking into this store? Surely it's just me that is just making myself feel unwelcome, right? Additionally, upon leaving the store I got a demeaning comment "we wErE wondErinG wheN yOu werE goinG to leaVe, you were here a while..." I live several hours away and am spending hundreds of dollars so I hope that answers your unsolicited and unkind thought. I don't really want a correlation to the nazi gestapo or stasi, but why does it keep coming into my mind? WHY? It's truly appalling how hard it seemingly is to be accommodating to the people who help pay you an actual living wage. So whatever is going on, y'all REALLY, REALLYYYYYYYYYYY need to lighten up in this store. It's not that serious. Jokes on you though I'll definitely be taking my business to another Costco from now on. This sorry location needs to DO BETTER. DO BETTER!!!

Went to Costco this afternoon to try some of their food, we decided on their churro and strawberry sundae. The churro was only $1.49 and the cream was pretty cheap as well. You order/pay at a kiosk and will get a receipt with your order number. The food came out FAST! The churro had a great taste but was V E R Y flakey and not chewy at all. I was hoping it would have more of a chewy. The ice cream was super velvety and full of strawberry flavor! For the price, they were great! Next time I want to try the chicken bake!

We don’t have a Costco in our area so on a recent trip to Tulsa we stopped at the Costco off 91st.We had to get a membership and the sales associate Susan could not of been more grump, negative and unhelpful. She made every step of the process difficult and acted as if we had just interrupted her day.I get that good employees are hard to find!!!But I hate needing assistance and being made to feel as if I am interrupting someone who is being paid to do the job I’m asking/expecting them to do.

I absolutely love our Costco! Sounds a little excessive but here's why. I don't need to buy in bulk because it's jyst my husband and I however, I safe do much on my Kirkland brand contact lenses it's worth the membership for that alone! I always buy my gas at a good discount while I'm there.
