Tried two routers with Cox, they never could get me going. I went to T-Mobile, up in no time for $30 month, but I have T-Mobile phone too.

Worst internet service ever. Slow all the time, completely quits working for multiple days at least once a month. If you have any other providers in your area use them. Try Kinetic.

This service is awful and glitchy. I’ve had to get an apple forced update linked to my Wi-Fi issues regularly.. This Wi-Fi is not safe and it is not quality.. They do not offer a good enough package where you get an ample amount of data. Data is the number one reason why we have a gab in information & knowledge. their customer service is awful. I do not recommend.! Bring on AT&T

Dead zones all over my own house, dropped calls, costly bills. Really not worth what I'm paying but I have to have something. 🤷♀️ Yeah, I'm not a fan. I gave up paying cable because it was ridiculously expensive and just going up. Now I just stream.

I had a minor issue and needed the assistance of this location to remedy it. I was greeted the moment I entered and assisted right away with courtesy and efficiency. It took a bit of time and was thanked for my patience. I am absolutely impressed and grateful. Highly recommend Cox services and outstanding customer service.

Don't call them , they will put you on hold and never come back.
If you need something, its best to just go in and then they cannot ignore you.

I live in an area where only cox was available. I was paying $155.00 a month for wifi up to 7 devices. Then Verizon services moved into the area and i'm paying $40 a month for up to 20 devices. Our internet is working better than ever! I just want people to know that cox has been charging me 3x the price, knowing that i and the people in the surrounding area had to rely on them. They cost me hundreds and hundreds of dollars extra for nothing more than to take advantage. Basically i just want everyone to know that Verizon is moving into many neighborhoods that only cox serviced. I advise you to just check it out because not only can you save a bundle of money but they have tons of perks as well!

Cheap Internet service but it only works on a 70/30 ratio. At least twice a month my service goes out randomly, and it's a Cox network issue, not a me or my connection issue. Honestly when I move I'll be paying for At&t, I hear their service is much more reliable.

I Recently Changed My Internet Provider from AT&T to Cox, the staff was Extremely Helpful, Knowledgeable and Took the Time to go Over Speeds to give a Great Recommendation of what I would Need. I had to have a New line Installed, The Entire Experience was Pleasant and stress Free. From the Phone Rep to the Technician. He Made sure everything was Connected Correctly and Gave Me His Number to call if something went wrong. I work from Home, fast speeds with no lag or downtime is essential for Me.
